Last time I ate here was a few years ago. my husband's credit card information was stolen from this exact Arby's. We were in the drive thru, and they took his credit card to the back, away from us. They were taking a while to give it back. When we looked inside wording what was taking so long, we saw them writing stuff down on a paper like they were copying it before finally giving it back to us. We thought we were overthinking it. The next day, we noticed his card was used in multiple different places we did not go to. We filed for fraud and got our money back, but never again went to an Arby's. Also the food isn't really good anyways. Only the fries are good.
I can now recall why I haven't eaten at Arby's in years.My son asked to eat there, and I granted his request because he had never been there before.The food is bland; my homemade sandwiches are superior. I think the restaurant is filthy.Even so, the personnel was really pleasant.

I haven't eaten at Arby's in years, now I remember why.I took my son inside to dine inside there cause he requested as he has never eaten there.The food is blah, I make better sandwiches at home. The restaurant is unsanitary IMO.Although the staff was very nice.

Never again, they advertise the hamburger from nickelodeon. I went there at 2 PM around 2:30 PM, 3:45 PM. I had excruciating abdominal pains cramps and pain. II've been on the toilet since 3 o'clock it's now 5 o'clock nausea vomiting, abdominal pain. And diarrhea I don't know if it was the hamburger sauce or what but I would never go back there again sorry Arby's you lost me as a customer never again I don't know if the Crew was playing around as I sat and ate they talks so loud a could not njoy myself. Never again...

They had no clue what they were doing it took 30 minutes to get fast food. That is just ridiculous and insane that was waiting on the inside where the food is cooked and nobody had a clue what they were doing they rang my friend's order up wrong.

Honestly when I entered this restaurant I thought I would find bad service and poor foodBut I rushed to judgment and after the experience I found the food more than good and the atmosphere is great but I put 4 stars because this place can be improved by improving the service more and when I can come here all the time with my fiancée or friends and I think it is a good place to bring family Especially since the site is nice and there is little noise and it is spacious enough relative to such a restaurant I hope that those in charge of this place take my opinion and other customers into consideration and develop it more and I see that it is a wonderful and excellent projectIn fact, I talked to the chef and gave him some tips and notes because I have some experience in this field through an evaluation of restaurants and eating places in general, and in short, I advise everyone to come to try it and do not judge the book by its cover.
