Had a great burger and even better service, the bartender, Scott was great! I'd go back just because of Scott. He was everything you could want in a bartender/server. Friendly, funny and absolutely attentive and accommodating.

Ordered 10 pizzas for a work function. All the guys loved the pizza and a lot asked where I ordered from. Service over the phone was great. Pizzas came out perfect and delicious. NY style! We will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you!!

Friday nights live band!Prices are moderate, food was pretty good... Service was exceptional. Never had a blue Long Island iced tea, it was strong enough to make your toes curl and get me on the dance floor! Everyone was friendly including the customers, had a really fun evening!Parking: Rocco's is in a very large shopping center, plenty of open parking!

Great PlaceThe food was really good. We had the meatballs, pizza, spaghetti and a hamburger. Everyone really enjoyed their meal.The music tonight was Last Flight Out and they were awesome!
The food is very good but everything else is a mess. We've been in 3 times. We likely won't return. They don't know how to use their ordering tablets, 3 servers, no one knew. Btw, all 3 separate servers on 3 different visits said they were either new or filling in. Service is slower than slow. 1 person in the kitchen. The karaoke on Saturday night is so loud that you can't carry on a conversation. I told them this was a turnoff but no one cared to ask the KJ to lower the volume. The only redemption of this place is the food is decent. One huge issue is, they don't read special instructions. I asked for a pizza well-done, it was raw. I asked for light sauce, drowning in sauce. No apologies, just, you want a new one or a refund? The really sad part? We were the only customers in the place when this happened. How do you not follow very easy requests? One more note, 3 visits. 2 of them, i was overcharged and caught it. Be careful and read your bill before you pay.They need help getting it all together and then, I think they might be ok. If not, they won't make it.

I’ve been coming here for years and recently have had the absolute worst service since they got a whole new staff. The lack of communication attention and hospitality is unreal. The whole staff is incredibly rude. It takes over an hour to get your food and when you ask for you check to pay they “can’t find it” and take forever to print one. No ExplanationTo what’s taking so long. When you ask to talk to a manager they say “I’m off the clock”

Consistently bad service, staff just doesn't seem to care, slow, confuses food orders-or just plain forgets to put them in-, long waits for ordered food even on slow days, food runs from under cooked to burnt, with it being great if you get it between those, but on any given night, you just don't know how it is going to be. If you like going to a restaurant where if you don't sit at the bar you are mostly ignored, have to ask for silverware and plates when your food arrives, long after you've ordered it and of dubious quality, where you will have to get up and go to the bar for refills and have the staff react like you are bothering them, then have to actually hunt them down to get your bill, which on several occasions has come back the wrong bill and being handed someone else's credit card, then this is the place for you. Then again if you like massively over poured strong drinks, bartenders who will delay putting through food or drink orders while they do a shot with you or others, then you might like this place. On the bright side, if you stop in for football, poker, or karaoke, the regulars are very nice and can actually be helpful, getting stuff for you or flagging down so called "wait" staff, which is definitely what you will do. (P.S.) you'll notice most of the 5 star reviews are from years ago, not like that in a long time, sincerely hope they can turn it around, Bar Rescue would have a field day here!

I came here for the first time not too long ago on a Wednesday and you guys have awesome servers. The food not so great.. the cook was complaining and cursing about who knows what when the restaurant was empty.. but loud enough that my friend and I felt uncomfortable. Pizza was undercooked. I came back to give it a try today and the same thing.. service was great, LIVE MUSIC WAS HORRIBLE. High pitched screeching the entire time, my sever put my order in how I wanted it to be and it came out completely different.. I returned it. Maybe Friday’s aren’t a good day to come here for food and live music… any other day for drinks would be cool, pool table in the back and a wide bar which I love… so I hope this helps anyone in the future.

So Big Rocco's Pizzaria is not a business who honors their own verbal contracts with bands they book there.I could take them to court but who needs all that? I'm a musician.They booked our band 3 months ago under MJ.So next, MJ loses her job (along with 60% of staff, according to owner) so she calls me to tell me I'll be working with Bridgette, and that I'm booked as we confirmed, but Bridgette might lose her band booking calendar so I need to call her.So Bridgette never answers phone calls at work, so 3 weeks before show the owner (he "doesn't deal with band stuff") gives me her cell phone so we can make sure all is well before our show. Because nobody knows and nobody has called me to cancel.She reports to me our show isn't on the calendar, and tell me all about your band.So essentially I sell her our band for the third time there, because I've sold the owner initially, he flipped me to MJ, then I sold MJ, and that's how we got the date on the calendar (confirmed in my texts) for September 8th.After a lot of back and forth she tells me she's got two December dates left if I want one of those. I say great we will take one.But then she doesn't give me one.The next day she said she'll fix it at work.That doesn't happen.Then she says we might not be a fit there because we're a band from the East. Meaning we're from West Palm Beach!!!Their tavern is in Royal Palm Beach!!!So I tell her my following and friends are all over the county. They're actually all over the 4 counties.I told her that not only that but every time I do a show our crowds stay until the very end I'm good at holding crowds and making the cash register work.Because I am.So that day she says she's going to work and fix it, maybe with a date even closer than December.But that never happenedSo the owner says he's not getting involved, and that leaves my band 2 weeks from show, and show is removed.Who wants to support a place like this?Can they even handle making your pizza?Don't go is my advice.Another business with no care for humans and doesn't keep previous agreements with other businesses.Don't go there.
