pick up service is horrible. no ever picks up the phone. you can sit over 30 minutes waiting for someone to bring out groceries. its ridiculous

BJ’s actually spreading disease. The receipt checker right before exit is touching everyone’s receipt and not washing or sanitizing his hands in between. He is waring gloves to may be protecting himself but the customers health is not protected.

Shout out to BJ's club in RPB!!!! We have memberships to Sam's, BJ's and Costco. By far BJ's was the most organized, well stocked place I have gone to do shopping during this coronavirus crisis. They had one line with caution tape up and the line was from the front of the store to the back (and wrapped around) however, it was so well organized and the staff was so pleasant. They had one line with caution tape up and the line was from the front of the store to the back (and wrapped around) however, it was so well organized and the staff was so pleasant. I love BJ's. The staff is super friendly, they carry the brands I like, and they accept manufacturer coupons on top of their own. It doesn't get any better than that!
