Blaze Pizza

I tried this pizza again and it was dry with little topings and overall terrible. I had a good experience with the one in Orlando and thought I'd give this location another try. I won't ever go back. Dominoes is better and the price is always good.

The pizza was just okay. Maybe it was because I paid the pi day price, but the pizza didn't look as nice as others that were being prepared. I wasn't impressed enough to go back.

Absolutely the worst location. Everytime I go I get horrible service. Today was the breaking point. I’m here with my two small kids just trying to order. The people are all festively dressed but miserable as they are rude and grumpy the whole time. One man was so rude I was scared to ask for my toppings. They gave us the wrong pizza over and over as they never labeled them. The woman boxing the pizzas was pissed that she had to put mine in a box. They didn’t offer the drizzles and when I asked for them they made a huge deal. I was so frustrated that I didn’t get the sauce on the side because the woman dumped it on my pizza before I could ask. The topping was so spicey I couldn’t eat the pizza. Honestly I don’t know why people eat here.

Delivery driver rode around with my food for an hour. Didn't follow delivery instructions. Placed food where I'd just used insecticide. I refused delivery. Driver retaliated by returning to my home with cops. Told cops that I wouldn't let her leave and demanded money from her.

Blaze wouldn't cancel order. Has no line of communication with the delivery service they use.

Sometimes I think they don't read this. Unfortunately, they definitely lost another customer. The current staff, I'm not saying they are bad people but they don't cook the pizzas well. They are raw or they are very burnt, they don't pay attention to detail. They should evaluate their staff or train them better. I went months without thinking that they were going to change their way of doing that branch but today I went back and again it was a bad experience.

Decided to try this place out because my wife wanted to. We weren’t greeted but questioned about what we wanted and moved thru like cattle even through there where only 3 other ppl then us. Service was crap. Pizza wasn’t horrible, but definitely not something to tell anyone about. Oven wasn’t clean so my pizza was full of burnt flour underneath. I had to wipe it with a napkin to clean it just to eat it. Seemed like no one was managing them and then someone walks in looking to speak with a manager and I hear them tell him they weren’t here. It shows in the staffs attitude and that is also a food safety violation.

1st time here. Ordered the half pizza special with salad.
Both were excellent; good choice of pizza combinations, and the salad ingredients were fresh and plentiful.

Once I started on the pizza I knew I should have gotten a full order. It was cooked perfectly, and I devoured it.
Even the crust was delicious, my personal indication of a great pizza.

Update; I am now a fanatic!

I'll definitely return here.

The staff were on point and the girl that cooked my pizza really knew how to do it right.

You can watch them cook from where you order, and it was ready in a very short time.

Prices were very reasonable, and they're fast on their take out orders.

Highly recommended.

Bad pizza, (it was delivery), ordered the Double peperoni spicy pizza, it came with very little peperoni (nothing like the picture in the app), and the crust was wet and undercooked. Veruy dissapointed.

I love going to Blaze and getting the "build your own pizza" . They offer fresh, delicious and hot pizza at reasonable prices and you can add as many toppings as you like. Staff is polite and courteous and they are centrally located. I would highly recommend you check them out...Plus, Lebron James is one of the Owners!

I couldn’t even rate the food. Let me start off with when you call to make a pick up order like every other pizza place since the beginning of time. This place is a joke. It takes five minutes to actually talk to a real person and then when they answer, you can’t even do a pick up order. If you’re hungry, find different pizza.

Rude staff. No greeting. Annoyed faces. They messed up my order (missed ingredients) and asked if they could just add the toppings and pop it back in the oven and handed me a free pizza card. This was my first visit and probably my last. Too bad. I was really excited.
