Blaze Pizza

I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza without jalapeños and without onions. I asked for the barbecue sauce to be placed on top along with the ranch drizzle has shown in the photo on their menu board right behind the register. However, the gentleman making it decided not to put the barbecue sauce on top not to add the ranch drizzle so now my pizza looks like it needs some sun because it’s pale as ever and who wants to eat some bland chicken on top of a pizza when they could’ve went somewhere else and gotten what they paid for.

Today we dine in at Blaze pizza on 441 in Royal Palm Beach, i order the cauliflower base crust I always order this base because it does not bloated me up they also offer gluten-free options. customer service was on point staff were very friendly attentive answer all of our questions.
The pizza was delicious light like always.
Highly recommend this pizza chain restaurant.

We placed a large dine-in order around 8:30 PM for our Father’s Day celebration with friends. The order included six pizzas and four sides. Unfortunately, the food arrived late, and just as we were halfway through our meal, the staff informed us that the store was closing and insisted we leave immediately.

We politely requested a little more time to finish our meal—especially because we had children with us—but they refused and came back to tell us we had just five minutes left, even threatening to call the police if we didn’t leave.

We explained that had we been told at the time of ordering that they were closing soon, we wouldn’t have placed such a large order for dine-in. Instead of understanding, one of the staff members raised their voice at our friend who was simply trying to explain the situation. This upset the kids, who were clearly scared by the aggressive tone.

We fully understand that the store needs time for floor and kitchen cleaning, which usually takes 30–45 minutes, and that’s completely fair—but the behavior and handling by the staff was unacceptable. Moreover, there were about five or six staff members present, and none of them were cleaning other areas of the store while this happened.

Overall, this was a very upsetting and uncomfortable experience on what was supposed to be a joyful occasion.

We love this location!!! The staff is friendly and professional. One employee (I think her name is Kyla always has a smile on her face and the GM Rakeeb goes above and beyond to stop by and say hi. Also Becca and Paul are standout employees that are always making great pizzas and have great positive attitudes. Keep up the the great work!!!!

I only eat here because my boss likes the pizza and pays for the meal. I hate to break it to him everytime we walk into this place it’s FILTHY ! From literally the windows to the walls ! The tables the signage down to the light switches everything is dusty.
In the kitchen on the floor they have a jet fan covered in dust point up at the oven that cools your food.
They stopped offering hot sauce they stopped offering cheese no pepper flakes .

The workers here pay no attention to pick-up customers.

Upon entering this blaze pizza me and my friends were greeted with an annoyed attitude and we tried to brush it off but as we asked for the toppings we were met with more of the same annoyed attitude. The food is fine and tastes ok, but the service here is terrible and you’ll be disappointed with them.

The staff was very welcoming and was handed my hot pizza which I ordered online, sufficient toppings and well worth the price

Just walked in at 3:13pm and one employee was there working the oven. Place was a mess and no one to take my order. Thank you Jersey Mike's for the quick service.

Great location, but some of the workers do not have customer service skills, and the grill is always dirty/Black so that means the bottom of your pizza will be black. Enough is Enough!

Gotten pizza from here a few times. Usually good. They forgot to put my pineapple tho :/
Overall good value

It was first time and getting the best pizza the way you like it was fun. Friendly welcoming staff.
