The first time we came here I did not know what to expect but was instantly impressed by the delicious food and friendly staff. They have consistently delivered exceptional food and service on each subsequent visit.
They have some of the best coffee, breads, and they pay attention to details that matter in both quality and seasoning. Our little one loves their breakfasts and the books they have available to read, which gives us time to enjoy our meals in peace. The Orginal Pancake House always has good comfort foods that can get your day started off on the right foot. We enjoyed the two by two by two breakfast, 49er Flap Jack's and corn beef hash. “Been to this location many times. Always a good experience. This time I ordered Salmon Eggs Benedict with homefries. The Benedict was lukewarm as well as potatoes and the potatoes were dry. A person, not my waitress, delivered my food, which was no big deal. Never saw my waitress again until she brought my bill. Only then could I order another orange juice because my blood sugar was getting very low. The lady at the checkout could not have been more attentive and helpful. Very nice person and cheerfully took the meal off of my bill. I'll be back to this location. We all have bad days and the staff made it right“
