I went in side ,placed my order. Stepped aside to wait for my order, the girl packing up each order gets a bag back from the window, guess it wasn't the right or somehow it was wrong for that car.. well she takes the right bag. Now she proceeds to rummage through that wrong order bag and proceeds to fold it back like it's new and delivered it to the window 😱..yikes I thought it was called unsanitary to serve that food because those people hands have been in the bag touching the fries and unwrapped the sandwiches to realize it's not their order 🤔.. I guess they think you'll never know, but it's unsanitary to do that to a customer and I wonder if they would except that done to themselves.. I won't be doing drive through anymore myself.. glad I went inside this time.. now I know what really goes on because I don't want my food in someone's car and handled before I get it..gross

Price and products was great, personnel was too slow,had ti get out a slow drive thru of 2 cars in front of me, parked and went inside, still had to wait too long only about 4 to 5 customers in store…

Ordered 1 whopper with cheese. Only got a patty, 3 pickles, 1 slice of cold cheese, questionable mayo (looked expired or tampered) and flat buns. Returned it for a full refund. Checked credit card statement next day still not refunded. Now have to dispute transaction. What a mess. Don't waste your time or money. So sad I really like Burger King. No more now.

There’s another BK 1 mile from my house and I drove to this one trying to get better service… looks like the whole chain doesn’t know anything about customer service. The frozen drink machine was broken and I was not reimbursed for the up charge. I got home to find I was short an order of fries. Tried calling the store several times but no one answered, so here’s your one star rating. We deserve better BK.

So far everytime when I come to get a large Hasbrown I always get it quarter way full I'm lucky if it is halfway. I am paying extra for a large but am getting a small, that is a rip off and the first few times I try to have grace but now it's become a thing and with all the inflation it is upsetting that I am being ripped off. I am disappointed BK your employees should know better. If I could I wouldn't even give any stars.

Every time one goes into store, They look at you then they give you their backs. They do not want to take care of you. Go through the drive through they'll take care of you. Everyone does it as if that's how they were trained. I don't want no harm to happen to the staff.Pretty sure everybody needs their jobs.But attention needs to be brought up so that the location can continue being there with good service Provided to the community. Dang 12 bucks for a burger fries and a coke. I got the regular size but it looks like they've down sized and replaced the soda cup and fries with what was the value size. Doubt I'll ever go back unless I'm really hungry and nothing else is close which is what brought me in this time.

This location is just something else, I rather go to the Southern and Crestwood location. But as I was in the area I stopped in to get some food to take home and sure enough I paid for 16 nuggets I get home and there's only 8.
