I like Burger King burgers but sadly won’t be buying for a long time because now even coupons aren’t coupons nomore even the Coupons don’t make it affordable nomore with a big family!! they’re getting very crazy expensive so sad!

This review doesn't ask you if you went inside or drove thur. So i marked service for the cashier. I went there to get my granddaughter lunch. I ordered a kids chicken nugget meal and double cheese burger, NO ketchup. As you can see, they just smeared mustard over the ketchup to cover it up on the bun. I went back thur the drive thur, and the car ahead of me, was ahead of me before, handed their bag, back to the cashier. So im not sure, but i had to wait again for them to get their food, again. So im guessing their order was wrong also. I showed the cashier the receipt, then the burger. She apologized. I could see her frustration on her face. I got the next burger, as you can see no ketchup, but a lot of mustard. Can't say I will be going there again. I know times are tough. But if you are lucky enough to have a job, no matter what it is, at least do it right. Fast food jobs are no fun, but don't mess it up for the one you are fixing it for.

DO NOT GO. I went to the drive through to get a meal. The lady charged me twice and when I went back for a refund she refused even though it was her fault. They are running some kind of SCAM there. Food wasn’t even good either.

-1 star for 2 reasons: 1. They were out of cheesy tots which is the only thing besides fries that my son will eat from there. 2. Charged for sauces. Only $.25 each but still.. on the other hand food was greatly made, hot and service was fast.

Kid-friendliness: They have BK crowns pre made, all over dining area for kids to take. Also unmade ones by front counter if you want to make it later. 😊

One tip , Wendy’s is less than a mile away stay away from this place I got the $5 meal it’s a 2oz cup and a kids meal just stick to Wendy’s

I pull up to drive through and no one says anything. It’s almost 10pm so I figure they just want me to pull up to the window. I pull up and a relatively nice gentleman takes my order and he’s reiterating it to a woman standing behind him- I assume she’s a manager or something. She then starts to berate me for not letting them take my order at the actual drive through intercom.

Seriously people? I’m here giving you my business and this is how you react?

Would’ve given only 1 star but the gentleman was at least nice. And he asked me to park in the side and then came out to deliver my food and he was very nice again. Not sure how this woman has a job with BK though. This is horrible customer service training in action.

Im the only person in the joint. Walked in and two ladies wearing the company uniform could barely look up from their phones, then said to me "what"? Asked for a burger for breakfast, was told thar I'd have to wait. Ok, how long? "As long as it takes". Okay, how about a breakfast sandwich. Croissant with sausage, egg and cheese. Can I have ketchup? "We don't got no ketchup". Wonder how they put ketchup on a Whopper? The depth of laziness....

A group of ten hungry individuals arrived at 9:25 pm, expecting the restaurant to be open until 11 pm as stated on the website. However, upon arrival, we found the doors locked. When we approached the drive-thru, we were informed that the restaurant was not prepared to serve us due to a computer issue and were asked to return in 20 minutes. This discrepancy between the advertised hours and the actual service provided is disappointing and not an isolated incident at this location. The lack of communication and inconvenience experienced reflect extremely poor customer service. I cannot recommend this establishment.

My food had hair in it , all the managers was rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t give me back my refund the customer service was horrible I hate everything about it . They didn’t want to fix my sandwich they just ask for my food back and kept disrespecting me my sister
