So the other day I went to our newly reopened Chick-fil-A and was asked if I wanted a drink refill by the owner of the company who Google says has a net worth over 10 billion. Fast forward a few hours and my wife insisted that we go to our local Carvel for an ice cream cake for my birthday. Walking in we were met by two young women who couldn’t have been nicer, but whom I think were either in training or maybe just have bad handwriting overall who were asked to write on the cake. While it tasted delicious the handwriting could definitely have been better and at least they realized that they were running out of white icing before doing the last line. I’m not sure if they are trained to put sloppy written cakes in a bag before handing it off to the customer or if it was just a coincidence. Either way it makes me wonder what the owner of this franchise was doing while these young ladies were left to fend for themselves. Maybe we could all take a page out of Chick-fil-A’s customer service manual. #mypleasure

Super thankful for this amazing team! They went above and beyond to ensure my son had a cake of his choice! Cake was fresh and delicious! 10/10 recommend this location!!! We chose the patriotic cake with cookies and cream ice cream. My brothers were excited to find out they could get the Oreo crunch extras to go! Totally made the party!

We had a really nice experience at this location!
The store was clean and pretty busy for a Wednesday afternoon, but the woman working was still really patient with our kids as they took their time asking for samples and picking sundae toppings. This was really refreshing; I wish more businesses would be like this. Being treated well makes all the difference.
We didn't catch the employee's name but she's been there many years and it would be worth coming to this location just to get served by her.
The ice cream and milk shakes were good! We'll be back to this location soon.

ELLA did a PERFECT job preparing my girlfriend’s birthday cake! It was exactly prepared as ordered. It’s hard these days to find a store that does what they’re paid to do properly. CARVEL is one such place! Great birthday cake, prepared perfectly! Thank you Carvel! (There were no leftovers!)

The scoops are generous. The service is sweet. My friend works there and if ice cream were a sport, he would be in the Ice Cream Olympics in scooping the perfect scoop.

I can’t thank Kendra enough for making a beautiful birthday cake for my daughter. I paid double for a birthday cake last year from some place that looked nice but wasn’t edible which put a damper on that birthday. Everyone was impressed by how nice this cake looked and seconds were had, I’m going bigger next year! Thank you again, Kendra! You made it look easy 🙏🏻
