Rather disappointing. Bland flavors. At these prices I would expect better than what I can do at home, but that was not the case.

I always get the soy base with the classic ramen and it's so delicious

Our go-to for noodle bowls. We had the Classic and Veggie Ramen in miso broth. Both very yummy, not salty, and portions were large; had some to take home.

My favorite place for comfort food! My favorites to order are the Tempura Udon noodle soup (with a boiled egg and the fish cakes added in it. On the side, I get the fresh garlic and hot oil), and a Onigiri Mentaiko (spicey roe in a rice ball). I dine in whenever I can, it’s a cozy hole in the wall, simple and comfortable ambiance. I’ve been coming here for a few years now -mostly take out and this place is consistently delicious!
Kid-friendliness: I love how they have kids size portions available, Japanese cookies and mochi ice cream. Sometimes when I walk in, I just want to sit down and watch the anime on tv :)

We got the tuna onigiri, classic, and a classic fried rice.
The tuna was such a small amount that I barely tasted it.
This was the worst ramen that I've had. I love ramen, so i was looking to a new place to add to my list, but I have had better packaged ramen.
The fried rice was not edible. If I wasn't so upset, I'd drive back to get a refund.
This was an extremely disappointing experience.

The person named Marie Rdz who gave a one star review is a truly a trashy person who screams for a refund because she can’t afford her food. Too bad because the food here is good and the staff is top notch.

Please excuse the review from Marie Rdz, I was there for the exchange between her and the waiter J. She was being a completely horrendous rotten smelly bad breath double chinned Karen, and probably the rudest person Ive ever met. Complaining about prices that she clearly saw before ordering. If you can’t afford to eat out then don’t, then try to get your money back by attacking the waiter and demanding a refund 4 times even after the waiter politely explained he cannot give her a refund because she ordered online and had to do it via DoorDash/UberEats. I’ve always had a pleasant experience here, and the food is authentic Japanese for a good price. Great staff who are very friendly and take care of you.

Terrible Customer service from the young guy they have there..his name starts with J...I just went today, and had the most poor and unprofessional experience ever, Their business is on risk with this type of conduct from employees and this is not the first time I've heard from other people going there...Plus prices are to much for certain things that they serve you in very small portions. This was my first and last time spending my money and recommending this place

If I could give this place no stars I would! I ordered four soups and basically got two. This is not the first or second time I’ve ordered from here. I’ve been a long time customer of seven years. This is the first time I’ve had any troubles. Not only did they not fill the containers for a ($60) order but all soups are completely salty and without sprouts (which in all the years I’ve ordered ALWAYS has).I called right away to inform about the situation and Joseph, who claimed to be the manager, lied about seeing sprouts in my soup. He didn’t apologize about anything and instead told me there was nothing he can do. I asked to speak to a real manager or the owner and he claimed there was no one. The customer service is horrible! Save yourself time and money and eat a packaged Ramon noodle from Walmart. It’s much less salter.
