This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. They continually get orders wrong in ways that seem impossible.

Barely got a serving of the carne asada, they must have ran out and gave me what they could scrape up. $17.30 for a bowl of rice and toppings.

Has to be the slowest most unorganized Chipotle I've ever seen. Corporate needs to pay some attention to this location.

I placed an online order 20 minutes prior to me arriving. I arrived at the time it told me would be ready, then had to ask twice when my food would be out. I was one of two people in there and they had no sense of urgency at all. Once I got my food the chips were soggy and wet??? Absolutely disgusting and once I asked an employee about it they just shrugged it off like it was regular. Never coming to this location again. GROSSSS!!!!!!!

It didn't take me long to figure out why this place gets a low rating. The coke has been out for a week, I'm thinking that maybe instead of workers being on their phones right on the front line in the middle of lunch rush, maybe they would get the inventory right. I'm talking about, middle of lunch rush today, one of the workers with the dreads was standing right next to the register ignoring everything else around him, distracted by a video call that had nothing to do with work. And I knew because I heard the conversation. He had it on speaker phone. I mean not even trying to be tuned into work. Very unprofessional. There are dozens of people out there looking for a job, and hard-working, and you have this guy taking up a space that could be filled.

AVOID THIS LOCATION - THE WORST IVE EVER BEEN TO. Placed an order online. Said it would be ready at 6:50pm. Here I am at 7:27pm typing this because the line is not moving. I’ve been in line over 30 minutes. This is the worst chipotle around. Avoid at all costs.
