Beware of take out orders! I ordered extra sauces and they were not provided. I checked the order and let the man at the front know and he gave the sauces. However when I went home to check, the wrong sauces were given. Definitely check your orders and check which sauces they give (there are multiple sauces which appear different).

Even though they were working on the air conditioner the restaurant was warm with fans running to help cool it down. No disappointment at all as Lunch was great the food had great taste not bland or over salty. I would differently be returning when I am in the area. Keep up the good work.

I’ve ordered Togo twice over the past couple of years - both times side items were shorted. I called just after realizing my incomplete order and the phone just rang and Rang. Then the call wouldn’t go through. So they must’ve blocked the number. I called from my wife’s phone and wow they answered. Only to tell me I didn’t grab everything. I told the lady I didn’t grab anything they handed me my order. So in conclusion I get to ask the next time I go in for my shorted product. 20% tip on a Togo order to get treated like that. So beware 2 out of two Togo orders seems like a pattern to me.

Food and service was great. Margarita was 15.99 and believe me not great. No drink menu available but I should have asked. When your drink is 1.00 less than your meal, pick another restaurant.

I eat here all the time. The service is excellent. Most of the food is 5 out of 5 stars. I have tried many items on the menu. I recommend lechon asado, whole snapper, plantain crusted fish fillet, ropa vieja, pollo a la plancha and chicken chunks. Arroz moro is awesome. The mojo needs improvement. I highly recommend trying this restaurant.

I haven’t been here in 5+ years and I just remembered why, everything sucks. No one the place is practically empty.
The service is trash and the people are rude. The food is okay, but it was barely warm just under room temperature.
Plus they charge additional for using your card in stead of cash; and no where in the restaurant or menu does it state that.
On top of that they try to put automatic 15% gratuity. The tall guy with the glass would not let me hold the card machine making it hard for me to customize the tip; and when I went to press one number he jerked his hand making me press another and would keep jerking and pulling it away so I wouldn’t change it.

I paid almost $50 for 2 people for crappy food and even crappier service and they expected 15% tip on top of that?! You're out of your minds if you think people are gonna pay that much money plus tip for a horrible experience.

Not gluten friendly. They can't even pronounce it. Watched 8 friends eat for a 2nd time in the is restraunt and was never offered help for 1 little morstle of food
