Churrasco was absolutely amazing with the mixed rice and plantains! Highly recommend for an upscale lunch or dinner!

This was our favorite Cuban restaurant for the last 4 years however tonight was drastically different. Service was awful, food portion was cut in half and prices are raised. Will never eat at there again.
I complained about the food and the server was useless and refused to let me speak to the manager.

4 months later, we decided to try Don Ramon’s again. Happy to say the Food was amazing this time, but the waiter had the personality of a plant. He wasn’t friendly in the least bit. He acted like his job was a complete chore. Then he had the audacity to ask if we saw the total when we left the tip, which was obviously reflected on his bad attitude.

Got a Cuban sandwich here... bland and boring.. fries are store bought... super sad.. price was good though!!!

Food for thought when ordering delivery from here...you receive someone else's order after more than 1 hour of waiting. You try to call the restaurant back about the mistake at least 10 times unable to reach and then get a call back literally 3 hours later and are told that tjere is nothing tjey can do about the inconvinience becaue tj3 food i received on error cost more than what i ordered so..i guess i should be happy i received more food that i didn't ask for to begin with so yea..it is funny at this point

Our experience with our server, Miguel, was disappointing. Basic items like napkins and ketchup were not provided without us asking, and there was a delay of over 10 minutes to reorder a drink, despite the restaurant being relatively empty. As someone with 12 years of experience in the service industry, I understand the importance of service quality in determining tips. Unfortunately, Miguel’s attitude, including eye-rolling, made us feel uncomfortable. Due to this experience, we’re unlikely to return.

Incredible in every way possible! Spot on traditional Cuban Cuisine! The paella is fantastic. It is made fresh, so do call ahead if time is important. It takes an hour to an hour and a half to properly prepare fresh seafood paella. But holy mother will your mouth thank you! Are the paella for two is really enough for four people.. portions here are generous on all entrees. I also recommend Mases de Puerco, Pollo ala Julieta, Maduros, Negro Frijoles, Arroz Amarillo.
