Incredible in every way possible! Spot on traditional Cuban Cuisine! The paella is fantastic. It is made fresh, so do call ahead if time is important. It takes an hour to an hour and a half to properly prepare fresh seafood paella. But holy mother will your mouth thank you! Are the paella for two is really enough for four people.. portions here are generous on all entrees. I also recommend Mases de Puerco, Pollo ala Julieta, Maduros, Negro Frijoles, Arroz Amarillo.
We visited the restaurant on our vacation. With my husband's cousin's family. Elegant place. The service from the waitress was excellent. My dish: Congri or Moro Rice; with Juliana chicken fillets and green salad. I drink water to hydrate. The exquisite food. We enjoyed a very special sharing as a family.

We stopped for a late lunch at this Don Ramon since we are in the area. Not been to this location though we have tried several Don Ramon restaurants for dinners. Lunch was nice and we appreciate that food tasted freshly made though it was late. Empanada (both chicken and beef) were so juicy and pastry so flaky. Delicious! Our Cuban sandwich and fries were tasty but would have been perfect if only they pressed the bread to make it crusty. We were so looking forward to that...
