Too expensive and not worth it

I have tried there donuts and they taste stale, have a gross taste of bad oil, and tiny for the price. The Hotdogs are way over priced for some store bought hotdogs thrown in an ok bun.The french fries have no flavor and don't taste fresh.

This business is unresponsive and unprofessional.. I’ve reached out to them a few times and they don’t even have a business number or get back to you when you leave voicemails. I do not recommend.

Wow, I was not expecting a hot dog to be this good. Excellent dog, fantastically soft and toasted bun, fantastic sauce on top, and crispy and hot tater tots, everything was great.

I'll give you 3 stars for at least trying to make good food, but hey if you go out of business or need to sell a food truck let me know.

The hot dog choices are really creative and the buns are pan fried and delicious. The donuts are also good.

Good Donuts / Poor ServiceThis was our first visit and everything looked delicious on the menu, the prices on the donuts seemed high but worth it for a unique treat. We asked the cashier if the price shown was for one donut or for a dozen and she said for one. So we order one each figuring $17.83 was high but worthwhile treat. We get home to find out that the were a dozen tiny ones. Still good but not as expected. The cashier was on her phone speaking to whomever about a Sony Playstation card she was flipping around Which I'm sure led to the confusion. Also, as a diabetic to those that are offended by the donut called Diabetic Coma do me a favor and grow the hell up and get a sense of humor.

Best donuts. Summer is great! Thank you so much!

The different specialty doughnuts are both unique and fresh. The truffle fries I ordered were also very good, with a good portion as well. Definitely a great place for some good local comfort food!

Very bland hotdogs and high prices...Today was my first time eating at DOugh DOugh's donuts. I saw their ad on Facebook and since I was in the area I figured I would try a new place.I ordered the Doug E fresh and the Rockford hotdogs. The first thing I noticed was the high price. $5.33 per hotdog. No fries or drink comes with it. Drinks are $3 and fries are another $7! It would have been almost a$30 lunch for 2 hotdogs fried and drink if I would have ordered everything. Insane! When I walked in, the decor made it seem like I was walking into a playground. Artifical grass, red benches and the walls were of a picture of the outside and their food truck. It seemed fun but a little over bearing for how small it was. The lady who took my order was very polite to me.Let's get to the food! The Doug E fresh was not the same thing as the picture. It's shows melted Velveeta cheddar cheese and I got a glump of cheap shredded cheese. The hotdogs they use are small and there was had hardly any taste to it. The bun was kind of good. They toast the bun and I believe add butter. My second hotdog was The Rockford. They say it's almost a Chicago dog. Coming from the south side of Chicago, ABSOLUTELY NOT! Wasn't close in any way. This is a big knock to Chicagoans who take great pride in their hotdogs. So please don't think this is what Chicago dogs taste like. Go down to fort Lauderdale where there is a Chicago hotdog stand. Anyways, This hotdog had hardly any taste as well. If it wasn't for the mustard and the bun I would have thrown it out. These two hotdogs were definitely not worth the $12 I paid with no extras. The last thing is the service. It was OK at best. A group of guys came in being very loud and obnoxious and taking a long time to order. My order was finished and was placed on the counter, instead of giving it me so it was hot when I got it, it sat there while she finished up all the orders (6). They lady checked my order saw they forgot the raw onions and grabbed two gloves and raw onions and put them on my hotdog on the front counter. She never washed her hands before she touched the outside of the gloves before touching my food. Gloves don't do anything of your hands are dirty and you touch the outside of the gloves then touch the food. The outside of the gloves will be contaminated.I haven't tried the donuts yet, because they seem kinda pricy but willing to try it once. I'm willing to give this place another chance because I believe in second chances but do far the first experience is not a good one
