I have been so patient with this location before But no more! They messed up my order this morning. I did an online order, when I got there it wasn't ready..When U finally got it and I got to work and opened up my bag it was wrong the item.. then on top of it, I can't even reach anyone because the phone number is either wrong or no one is answering. Come on do better!!

One of the most important things in food service is customer service. The gentleman who was waiting on me, thought it was more important to mop the floor then to tend to our order. There was a little confusion on redeeming rewards. Which I don’t put on him, but he could have been a little bit more considerate, with the fact that it was his equipment that was not working properly. To top it all off I got more cold foam than actual coffee making the drink unbearable. I love Dunkin’ Donuts and by far this is the worst visit that I’ve ever had. I left a very disappointed. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts every morning before work because it is my go to. This doesn’t spoil my decision to go to Dunkin’ Donuts, but for this branch, it will be the last time.

The most disgusting Dunkin’ I have ever seen. I am loyal customer of dunkin but I will never step foot in this place again.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I came to this Dunkin location last week and the girl employee scanned my reward points for the “WRONG DRINK”
All my points went away, and I still had to pay for my drink. They did not want to fix my situation or even give me my points back.
When I spoke to the manager he did not care and didn’t care about his employee taking accountability for her mistake. I use the reward system a lot and that’s just wrong!
Go to the Dunkin across the street near Chick fi la and Home Depot. It is way better than this Dunkin!

I recently visited this Dunkin Donuts and had a rather frustrating experience. Unfortunately, my order was taken incorrectly, which I believe was due to the language barrier. To make matters worse, when I checked my bank account noticed I was charged twice, instead of getting a dollar refund they charge me again. I hope the staff can improve their communication skills and handling of transactions in the future as I enjoy Dunkin Donuts, but the experience has make me hesitant to return to this store.
