I recently visited this Dunkin Donuts and had a rather frustrating experience. Unfortunately, my order was taken incorrectly, which I believe was due to the language barrier. To make matters worse, when I checked my bank account noticed I was charged twice, instead of getting a dollar refund they charge me again. I hope the staff can improve their communication skills and handling of transactions in the future as I enjoy Dunkin Donuts, but the experience has make me hesitant to return to this store.

Very dirty location. Bathroom floor was wet, unclean, mirror unclean and toilet paper to close hole in door. Doesn’t look like they ever clean customer facing counters or glass in door. Shopping center is relatively new so don’t understand how it got this bad. Tried to reach out to their customer service but too difficult to do so on their website.

I went thru the drive thru and a hand written sign said buy 6 donuts get 6 free. I tried to order they then said oh that's after noon. The sign doesn't say that.

I came by around 7Am they Can’t make a medium iced latte with caramel. The donuts were stiff!
This place is the worst early in the morning. The lady at the front isn't capable of taking a full order the right way, doesn't speak English, Spanish or even French God knows what she speaks ?, seems like she either knows the person in charge very well or she is working at a time that no one else wanna work. Is she even getting paid? ??♂️ Horrible service, making you feel like you are doing something wrong for being there, (I am guessing she doesn't want to work early) door is locked at operation hours place was supposed to be opened at 5 am and is 6 am, and still locked the front door. Takes forever to be served and has the rudest personality. Don't go early and try to be the first customer, otherwise, you'll find out.

Bagels/Doughnuts often not fresh, service often slow, some but not all of the staff are rude. Absolutely do not get iced tea, its nearly always old/sour.
