I keep coming here because I live local but this location is unbelievably slow. The time takes to make a sub is strangely long and I’m not sure why. Would recommend if you anticipate to want to eat here, order ahead so it’s ready.

Love the subs always a great sandwich however waiting 30min for it to be made is a bit much. Need to cut down on the length of time to make it. Otherwise great food

Firehouse Sub was great. They were running a promotion, which they honored. The staff was friendly. The surroundings were clean. Would definitely try again.

Waited for 5 minutes at the register and none of the employees would speak to me. One employee asked another to work the register and was told, “No.” I left after remaining unacknowledged. Terrible service and overpriced subs. Going to Publix instead.

Firehouse has the best subs hands down but this visit I tried the Philly cheese and I didn’t like it. I usually get their Turkey sub, but I wanted to venture off and try something new. I was regretted not sticking to what I know.

My husband usually gets the Italian & he loves it.

Parking: Limited spots in front of the restaurant. May need to park off to the side and walk
