Waited for 5 minutes at the register and none of the employees would speak to me. One employee asked another to work the register and was told, “No.” I left after remaining unacknowledged. Terrible service and overpriced subs. Going to Publix instead.

Firehouse has the best subs hands down but this visit I tried the Philly cheese and I didn’t like it. I usually get their Turkey sub, but I wanted to venture off and try something new. I was regretted not sticking to what I know.
My husband usually gets the Italian & he loves it.
Parking: Limited spots in front of the restaurant. May need to park off to the side and walk

Don’t go to this place!! Waiting for someone to help me patiently, worker says he will be with me in a moment which no problem except a guy walks in and orders and the guy behind the counter did nothing! Took his damn order after putting me off! Never will go there again!

It's a sub shop nothing special. The time frame varies depending on who's working. A few times my order had to be redone bc the workers were more interested in their phones or flirting with each other. The managers never do anything about it.
