Frannie's is one of the best places in town. Their food is excellent and highly affordable. Michelle, the waitress, is really the star of the show. I ate here about 15 times while doing a 5-week construction job in the same plaza, and her speedy and attentive service, combined with her welcoming style and pleasant demeanor, made each meal a wonderful experience. First time ever coming in and it was fun beautiful, nice time to have a good lunch/breakfast. Michelle was our host/waitress. French toast was amazing and warm. Blacken Chicken sandwich with extra jalapeños

This is my second time at this place and both times I had excellent service and I've also had really good food the first time I got a BLT I took the bacon off and gave it to my brother because all that know me I'm a vegetarian and my brother always likes the extra bacon.
The second time I went there I got in a waffle and it was delicious I couldn't even eat the whole thing.
My brother is from this area I'm new here I'm from New Jersey....
