Found our breakfast place, 11 miles from Westlake. Hilary’s is FANTASTIC! Family owned & operated. Everyone is “hands on”. The kicker is…. Great pancakes! Can’t wait for next weekend, knowing where we’ll be eating. 💖 Thanks Hilary! Your family is making you proud. RIP💝

First time visiting this place after moving from New York. I was Craving for some authentic Katz style pastrami Sandwich. We ordered 2 Pastrami Sandwiches and they both were pretty Good. If I were to compare Katz with Hillary’s , Katz is 10/10 and Hillary’s is 7/10. And I am only talking about food. Service, atmosphere is 10/10 at Hillary’s . I will be back.

Update:6/20/24-My favorite diner style restaurant in Royal Palm Beach!! Always a warm welcome from the staff and owner! You feel like family! Coffee is offered and it’s the most delicious coffee in the world! Served in a classic brown mug! Mary made sure my coffee was always full and hot! Service with a smile! Dee was one of my servers and she didn’t miss a beat! Took my order and it came out quickly and perfectly cooked and piping hot! I love their bagels! I always order it “lightly toasted and buttered “ they actually prepare it perfectly! They butter it when the bagels are hot! So many places don’t! So many places give you ice cold butter to try and spread on a lukewarm bagel.. That’s just one of the reasons I love Hilary’s! They even provide real butter on the table! My eggs were delicious and also perfectly cooked!
The food is always delicious! The menu has something for everyone! Huge portions! Their pastrami sandwich is my next favorite! Huge sandwich! Home cooking at it’s finest! The restaurant has a nostalgic vibe! Family friendly! It’s spotless and has plenty of parking right outside the door!
I highly recommend!

2023-A real New York Style coffee shop.. great friendly service and great oldies music.. and delicious food! 80% NY's enjoying a simple breakfast.. my new favorite breakfast joint! The sesame bagel was perfectly toasted and my eggs and grits came out piping hot and perfectly cooked!
Any coffee that's in the nostalgic brown coffee mug has to be delicious! Always being refilled by a very attentive server.. Not to take anything away from Pete's place on Jog rd.. I also love it there.. this is truly a throwback to my childhood in Manhattan sooooo many years ago.. I can't wait to try it for lunch... I highly recommend!!!!

Wouldn’t recommend unless you order chicken fingers. The wraps were all lettuce and my kids didn’t even like the pancakes. Left still hungry and super slow service.

We tried Hillary’s for the first time a couple of weeks ago and were so impressed with our breakfasts. My husband ordered corned beef hash and it was the real deal, homemade, and not out of a can. I had the 2 eggs and 2 pancakes special for $7.50! The portion was huge. The pancakes were fluffy and eggs were cooked perfectly and exactly how I ordered them. We were so happy with our meals we decided to take out son back the following weekend for a birthday breakfast. Not only did we receive the same great service and scrumptious breakfast, but the staff including Mrs. Hillary herself sang happy birthday over a slice of homemade strudel that was out of this world. They made our boy feel incredibly special and we are eternally grateful. This place is a real mom and pop restaurant, that overflows with nostalgia. Thank you Mrs. Hillary and staff!

I ordered for pick up. As I was paying they asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I wouldn't mind a little cuzz I didn't dine in. So I said 5% cuzz I didn't eat in. She automatically put 20% and said it too me as she did it. Food is over priced grace. But I do like the food a little but putting 20% for not dining in is redicules.
