Nice but small cozy place. The food was pretty good l, standard for any IHOP. I would recommend the Tres leches pancakes or eggs Benedict. The highlight of the visit was the employees/staff the server Terrance was nice and so was the other lady working there, she served us coffee. Had a great conversation with the both and no complaints on the customer service. If you are in the area and crave some pancakes can't really go wrong with IHOP! Stopped in with my bottomless pit teenager for a late lunch. It wasn’t busy (about 10 people) at all because it was between normal meal times. Our server was a really nice guy who did everything right.

No special on weekends, but food wasgood.IHOPE has been around for a long time and has great pancakes. We haven't been here in a while and wanted some breakfast items. They're running some very inexpensive combinations and we ordered the eggs, pancakes and bacon plate for $6. Everything was great!

Food was good. The reason for the 1 star was the fact that at 7:30 in the evening at a 24 hour restaurant i asked for iced sweet tea with my dinner and was told there was no more made. When I asked for some to be made the server said that only the morning crew made tea, and he didn't know how. When asked if anyone else could make it he said no. WHAT A JOKE !!!!

Anna Marie is awesome! Food was fast! Server was so friendly! Hollandaise sauce can use some thickness and please use Canadian bacon, not ham slices just not same! But a value good fast service!

UPDATE: Visited on 12/7; absolutely terrible!! I had steak tips with mashed potatoes and garlicky green beans. The steak tips were cold, and my green beans were frozen and not garlicky. I asked the server to fix it. It seems he took it back to the kitchen and microwaved it...still not garlicky when brought back. All IHOP locations have deteriorated in quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Their food is not made according to their menu and the workers don't seem to care enough. IHOP could be next to file Chapter 11.
My visits are normally pleasant, but this last one was not great at all. My steak tips dinner was COLD and I wouldn't have minded if they threw it back on the griddle or in the microwave but nope....cold dinner brought to me and our waitress would have known because she handled the plate and would have felt it to be cold. Also, it wouldn't hurt to sanitize the high chairs or booster seats after each use instead of wiping it with a wet cloth because that is unsanitary for the little kids. I don't know if I'd go back there anytime soon.
