Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The girl working the front alone on Sunday 11/24/2024 (black) was the rudest girl I’ve ever come across in customer service. There was one guy in front of me who placed his order and left the store.
Afterwards, she just ignored me standing right there the whole time and proceeded to go back and start making his drink without acknowledging me whatsoever, no “I’ll be right with you” or “give me one second sir” no nothing, she clearly was doing it on purpose with a smirk on her face as I stood 2 feet from her. She obviously didn’t want to be working there (so just quit if you hate your job so much).
I stood there another 5 minutes like a sucker (10 minutes altogether with no acknowledgement of being a customer in an empty store), until I started to walk out. Only at that time did she say “can I help you” because she knew exactly what she was doing, and the moment she actually turned and saw me leaving she said “ok” with such a sarcastic tone.
So unprofessional and the most disgusting service I’ve ever come across. Stop hiring rude people like this with no manners and who hate their job so much that they treat paying customers like this.

Lexi and TK went above and beyond. They were amazing and polite. TK made on of the best smoothies I had in a long time. Lexi gave me a great option to go with not having to get the waffle bowl. She also listened to a suggestion for when those bowls go out for delivery. These 2 woman were amazing. Thank you very much you guys made my day

Came in 15 minutes before closing , call before to trying to make an order phone was disconnected, got in the two people that were there didn’t want take our order that was an açaí bow say they were out of them then we ask for the Greek yogurt one and out of it too , told them About the phone and they didn’t care seems like they didn’t want to work

I order a mango smoothie no milk and it tasted more like a strawberry orange peel drink not a hint of mango, the tast wasn't bad just a little harsh (strong).

I bought a waffle parfait from other Jamba juices, and this is sad hardly any coconut whip. The protein shake was good, other wise I would of done 1 star. I even asked the person giving me my order if that's how it's supposed to look and she said yeah. Paying $17 for what I got is a joke.
