Been coming here for years, but not for much longer. As others have mentioned; the loaves of bread definitely seem smaller than in the past, which means the sandwiches keep getting smaller and yet the prices stay the same. Last week I added pepperoni to a chicken sandwich, $2.50 for 4 slices of pepperoni? The math ain’t mathin’ as they say!

I have no idea why it is so difficult to give extra lettuce if someone asks for it. I swear to God, it’s impossible to trust anyone in this world even when you are asked, do I have to literally open the sandwich and look at it take it out of the packaging and make sure that I can trust you to give me extra lettuce? You guys suck! And it’s a $20 sandwich.SMH!!!

I ordered a sub online at the Wellington store. I order the same one almost every time. A regular size ,ham and provolone with lettuce, tomato ,onion, red wine vinegar. on white bread. In the special instructions i put no salt please. I picked up the order and headed home, i get home and took it out of the bag and as i took it out i thought this is lighter than usual. I open it up and there was this flat little sub a couple of pieces of ham and provolone oil all over it with oregano sprinkled and salt. stuff i didn't ask for and nothing i did ask for other than the minor amounts of ham and provolone.
A big time fail.

So I stood at the register and waited for a gentleman to come up there even though there was two people in the store working The Afro-American worker gentleman there then assumed that he was going to complete his work that he was doing with the lady that he was serving while the white person stood at the register. Waiting with his drink in hand. Wanting to purchase a drink when he was done instead of letting me pay for my drink like he should have. He made me move out of the line so that he could take care of the lady. He was already working on the other gentleman who was working there with him. Not sure why he didn't help. Maybe he was busy LOL. Great place. I wouldn't recommend it to my dog

The staff was so friendly and fast!! They greeted me as I entered the store with a smile and efficiently multi-tasked, making one sub while taking other sub orders. The rolls were amazing!!!

The food here is absolutely amazing. This place has the only ham sub that is better than Publix. From the pickles to the bread, everything tastes great. The service is always fast, whether you order online or in person, and the staff is always nice and helpful.

Asked for a sandwich that came with ham to be subbed out for turkey. The girl making it said no problem, and started making it. A manager came over and asked what she was making, she told him. He told her that can’t be done and it has to be rung as a different sub with extra meats. As a manager for a different type of local business, this seemed like a training opportunity gone wrong. It was embarrassing for both of us, with the manager being extremely adamant and rude. If you can’t make a training opportunity for staff a positive experience for both the customer and the staff, don’t be a manager. The guy at the register was nice and tried to make the experience better, but I won’t be returning.

Haven't been to JM in years after a bad experience. Figured I would give it another try after so long. Ordered a "giant" philly cheesesteak to go. While waiting for the sandwich I used the restroom and found that it was disgusting. The floors were sticky with urine and there was literally zero soap or paper towels.
The sandwich took about 15 minutes from the time I ordered it to the time it was ready for me to leave. The staff was pretty slow and disinterested in me being there with more conversation between each other than actual working. When I grabbed the bag, it felt light. Mind you, I paid roughly $20 for the sandwich and probably should've checked it before leaving. Got it home and was beyond disappointed. Extremely small portion of meat/cheese, maybe 3-4 oz for the entire "giant" sandwich. I tried some of it and it tasted like a bread sandwich with a tiny touch of philly cheesesteak flavor. The small bit of meat wasn't good and relatively chewy.
I am absolutely flabbergasted about the severe price gouge for something so small. To call this "giant" is an insult at best and a deliberate swindle at worst. The roll itself is smaller than a standard french bread loaf and those cost literally $2 at any bakery or grocery store. So I guess the other $18 covered a whopping 3-4 oz of low quality meat/cheese. I wont even mention the veggies because it was only peppers and onions anyway and they were grilled down so much you could barely see them. I'm 99.9% sure the portion size of meat and cheese is the same on the small sandwich as it is the "giant" and the only difference is the bun size. What a shameless scam.
Somehow they made this experience worse than the previous time. Shame on me for trying it again I guess. After reading some of the reviews it seems that this is par for the course at this location.
Save your money and use $20 to buy literally two full sized sandwiches just about anywhere else.
Vegetarian options: They have veggies for sure, but I can't say anything good about the food.
Dietary restrictions: The food is terrible and should be restricted to basically everyone.
Parking: Busy parking lot
Kid-friendliness: I assume kids are welcome as they probably are the ones who destroyed the bathroom.
Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair will fit, but you'd be better off not wheeling into here to begin with.
