I love Jersey Mike's! I love the employees and their teamwork. Everyone learns your name and makes the best sandwich and variety of salads! I definitely recommend eating here today.

Go in to complete mayhem. Waited a while before order was taken and once we were able to put in our order, she completely skipped our sandwich. She took and made the next 4 customers behind us orders. We just walked out.

Just very concerned/confused how you give away an order to someone with the wrong name…Came in to pick up my mobile order and the “manager” says “oh we gave it away to a DoorDash order”. ? I mean no apologies, nothing! If you’re gonna fail to read the order what’s the point! I ordered ahead for a reason and still ended up waiting an extra 15 mins so they can remake my order that they gave away. Moral of the story, service (besides the manager who respectfully doesn’t need to be one) was decent. I’m extremely disappointed, won’t be back though?

They sell you basically a half of sub as a so-called regular size sub and charge you $11.00. A full sub you will pay about $20.00, which both are a rip off. Talk about super shrinkflation. Firehouse subs, Philly Grill, Charley's Cheesesteaks, nor Philly Connections do that. Heck, Publix is even better than them. My main complaint is about the size and the price, not the taste of the sub. I got a Turkey Sub on 12/26/23.

Love jersey Mike's. Nice thst they slice meat to order, but it really slows down service. Just keep that in mind when going for lunch if you are in a rush.My favorite is #13 on Rosemary parm bread. Bread is crusty and soft in the middle. Good bread to meat ratio. I love all the toppings with juice on the side (oil and vinegar) when taking to go. My favorite chain sub. Much better than Jimmy John's, Subway or Firehouse.Vegetarian options: Two vegetarian options, veg and (hot) chopped portebello.

The staff pays more attention to the mobile orders than the actual customers in front of them. The staff is constantly saying how busy they are without providing updates or any kind of customer service.

Enormous rip off for basically average food.Went in to Jersey Mike's for a chicken Philly. Ordered the "Giant" size sandwich for a whopping $20, expecting something truly large in size. The sandwich is listed as having chicken, American cheese, grilled onions, and grilled peppers on a large sub roll.Upon placing the order, it took about 5 minutes to prepare. When I was handed the sandwich I noticed that it felt VERY light. Like way too light to be a "Giant" anything.Upon getting the sandwich home, I immediately unwrapped it and noticed that it had barely any meat. I weighed the sandwich and found the entire "Giant" sub to weigh a total of 18 oz. Yes, that's right, 18 oz. for the "Giant" chicken Philly. I scooped out the filling (chicken, onions, peppers, and cheese) from one half of the sandwich and found it to weigh 2.5 oz. So for a "Giant" sandwich, there is a grand total of 5oz of meat/cheese/veggies and 12oz of bread, and 1oz of wrapper. It seems that they probably use the same amount of filling for a regular and Giant sandwich but only change the size of the bread. If they actually gave less meat on the regular, that would be mindblowing.Anyway, this is UNACCEPTABLE for $20 and absolutely robbery. The actual flavor and quality of the sandwich was average at best. It tastes like a fast food sandwich, which it is. As a result, I would expect to pay $8-$10 for something like this, but not $20+tip. Jersey Mike's either needs to give a proper portion of food for $20, or drastically reduce prices for the meager portion they provide.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you're looking for a sub.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Some restrictions available.Parking: Average parking.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Full access.

I literally watched the staff handle money ,trash, etc with there gloves and then handle food without changing the filthy gloves .I flipped S!!!!t when he put his hands in the lettuce for my sandwich with the dirty gloves aside from the that the restaurant appears dirty flys are flying around the food and the trash is overflowing on to the floor I am just disgusted honestly and hungry for some food that is prepared in a safe way.A re-training is needed at this location asap attention manager !!!

Ordering online customizing a sandwich and they still make it however they want instead of how you order.. wasted $26 on sandwiches and drove nearly 40mins round trip in the rain.
