Simple sandwich completely messed up my order. They barely put any meat the sandwich. It was roast beef cheddar melt and there was literally 2 slices of roast beef. My first and last time, no thanks crappy johns

I’ve been ordering here for years but today apparently they wanted to switch the last two numbers in my address and act complete stupid when I tell them the right address! All because it was raining! I will never order here again! The driver just hung up on me! And the manager was just as incompetent

$15 for a sub and I asked for a side of pickles, they said they can’t do that and I can buy a pickle if I want. For $15 you can’t give me a few slices of pickles? Absolutely ridiculous. Any other sub place has no issue with it.

This location was my go to choice for a quick lunch with delivery. Well, that was prior to these past 2 weeks. The downward spiral started with my Feb. 7th order which took approx. 50 minutes to be delivered. Definitely NOT Freaky Fast! I gave them another chance on Feb. 10th for my usual "Pepe" sandwich with the bread left in. Received a sandwich with the bread hollowed out. Spoke with a rude "manager" who said I have to bring the sandwich back, they would not deliver the replacement to me even though I originally paid for delivery. I decided to give them another chance on Feb. 14th, but this time there was no cheese on the sandwich. Called the manager again (different person), who agreed to deliver a new sandwich. Thinking mistakes happen, and they did correct the last order, I ordered again on Feb. 18th, this time a sandwich that should have had double roast beef and provolone on it, and it was delivered with NOTHING on the bread except mayo, onions and pickles (see photo). This was obviously intentional due to issues, and my complaints, with the previous 3 orders. There is no way they closed up the sandwich and didn't realize there was no meat or cheese on it! I called and spoke with the rude girl "manager" and insisted that they deliver a new sandwich, which they did, but this time they put the absolute driest, oldest roast beef on the sandwich, making it inedible. I threw the sandwich away.

Most horrible service. I needed to grab something quick for lunch and since this place was in the same shopping center I figured that since I was in a time crunch I would pay the outrageous ( almost $20) price for a mere tuna sandwich. The person at the register cought an attitude when I asked for her to make it a certain way. I thought we could have whichever toppings we would like. Well I guess it would have made her have to pick something extra up to put it on my sandwich. Most horrible service not sure about the overpriced food or not because I left.

This jimmy johns is definitely my go to spot for sandwiches - Jose the manager, always coming through with great and masterclass customer service. He deserves a raise or some sort for his attentional to detail and never failing to create a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this location for sandwiches!!
