It's been 50 min waiting on my order and I usually don't write reviews, but this is so annoying, to start the person answering the phone is clueless and sounds stoned sky high. You have to call twice because they don't feel like answering the phone. When they do the response is "hello? What's up?". If it's a franchise you're telling me two 16" subs, 1 with a drink and cookie for delivery is $60!? I don't care how good you think the subs are, that is not worth $60. I've ordered for years from this location and it's taken a drastic dive. I'll go get a pub sub next time for $9

Sad you can walk into an empty establishment and Stand at the counter for over 5 mins without anybody even acknowledging you are there... I guess they don't like money.... byeeee

I went here to grab an early dinner before going to get my hair done. I ordered a Vito sandwich with salt and vinegar kettle chips and bottled water.Pros:-This location was clean, quiet, and easy to find within the plaza-The sandwich was delicious and I love kettle chips, especially salt and vinegar Cons:- Took longer than usual. When I go to JJ's, my order is usually done by the time I finish paying. Although I was the only customer and there were 3 JJ employees, I waited almost 5 minutes after paying for my sandwich (not super fast).-Dasani *yuck*Overall, good experience. If I'm in this side of town again, I would go!

Order subs from here often to take to work. Always correct, always happy with my sandwich. It usually arrives really fast after I order it. I'll continue to order my lunch her for a long time lol

Came in just before closing as I didn’t want to make dinner that late for myself. Store was clean and I was only customer. Employees were nice and sub was made very quickly. I got a regular turkey tom. For the price (7$), it was a good enough sub and I’d come back.

Catered our school's ends of year party at Calypso Bay. We were in a bind at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us! 167 boxes lunches with a sub, chips, pickle, and cookie or brownie were delicious and plentiful. Thank you!

$19 for a thin sandwich with very little meat THAT DOESNT EVEN COME WITH CHEESE UNLESS YOU PAY EXTRA, didn't apply the substitute sauce that they confirmed they would do. started cleaning in the middle of making my sub and dust was everywhere in the air in the middle of them sweeping. honestly save the money go to Publix and get a way better product, even subway is miles ahead this store in product, price, service, and artists who actually listen to you. Terrible value, meh sandwich, poor hygiene, rude workers, and extra for cheese?

A worker was violently sweeping during the entire visit and dusted customers with floor dirt, the sub was $19 no cheese and they forgot the oil so it was dry..the turkey was good the bacon was cold and hard…very disappointed and will never return

My Unwich pretty much fell apart once I opened it up. Could have used another piece or two of lettuce to hold it all together. Like the online ordering and grab and go shelf right by the front door. Worker was helpful when I had a question.

Overall we enjoy Jersey Mike's allot more. JJ food quality has went down and their menu is very limited. They nickel and dime everything and have inflated their prices. Honestly I don't see them staying in business very much longer.
