Jon Smith Subs

I ordered three subs. When I got home I noticed two of them were wrong. I called the store and they said I could come back that day or another day and they would redo them at no charge. Even though I was disappointed I appreciate the good customer service. I did go back another day and they redid them for me with no problem.

I think twice in the last couple weeks the first time I got one of the meat subs the trio of deli meats. Which I think was a little bit too much money and not the best sandwich. But it was probably just me and my taste buds that day the customer service was great and the ladies behind the counter and a gentleman cooking nice.

Back today during my break and order the steak bomb again, great customer service they told me about 10 minutes. It was done at about 6 to 7 minutes, which was a great. I took it to work and enjoyed every bite of it very well done cannot complain one bit. Keep up the great work

I love Jon Smith and until last night I have never had a problem. Last night I got the chicken bomb which is what I usually get. This time they had drowned the whole thing in so much sauce it had soaked the bread and turned it into mush. The only thing you could taste was the sauce. I seldom write bad reviews but I was so disappointed I just had no choice.

I’ve ordered from here several times. All goodToday was horrible.1) ordered Reuben2) nothing like picture of it online… ie it had “maybe”1/8 lb of meat and not Kraut or cheese3) first time in my life to go back vs just never buying there again4) cook was visibly upset and asked if I removed the Kraut, cheese, and meat… told him $10 was not worth driving 20 minutes5) ultimately got a new sandwich… less meat than b4 but did have the other ingredients, albeit nothing like their online pics6) thank god I was there watching as I’m sure he would have otherwise spit on my sandwichStay away!

My husband was craving a good ol steak and cheese and I wanted a chicken bomb, we looked online and saw that they close at 8pm, so we hurried from loxahatchee and got there at 7:20pm, Saturday evening, only to find all of the chairs in the restaurant were already turned upside down on top of all the tables not 1 place to sit down, so we ask the girl "are you guys open?" She says "Yes, but we can only make cold subs, we already turned the grill off for the night" Ummmm, why are you flipping all the chairs up and turning off the grill 40 min before you close?!?!?! Soooo, here we are at Jersey Mikes!!! If I was the owner I'd definitely want to know about this!

I asked for a 12" sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato, olives, onion, banana peppers, provolone and mayo. Toasted.Sandwich was on white. Mainly lettuce. No mayo, no tomato, no olives. And had mushrooms which I can't stand. And wasn't toasted.My fiance got the classic steak. He said his was extremely dry. He had to add sauce to it at home.Two sandwiches came to $29. Definitely way over priced for not even good sandwiches.

I grew up on John Smith Subs and this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. Called to place an order and was placed on hold for ten minutes. I actually made it to the location to place my order in person before they picked the phone back up. Ordered two subs and drinks. One of the subs was incorrect even after they repeated my order to me. The chicken was more like ground chicken, not the chunks of chicken breast I’m used to. Customer service was non existent. For the price, I would rather go next door to Publix for a better experience at a better price.

The last 3 times I was here I said I wouldn’t come back. The wife talked me into it one more time. Not only were they severely understaffed and it took more than 30 min for us to get our order but the food was horrible. The fries were good but my chicken bomb was disgusting. And the order was messed up. Wrong subs. Other people in front of us waiting were complaining as well. We will never go back.

Got here at 5:20pm and it says they close at 6pm. The two young guys telling they are closed… but at 5:20pm and not 6pm? Won’t be coming to this place ever again… not good service if they closing an hour early.

I’m outside their door right now at 7:20pm. Says they close at 8pm. All the chairs are up, sign is off and guy is ignoring me. Maybe I’ll change the rating if I ever get to try a sub. Maybe….Update: finally got to eat here. Great subs and fries. But if you don’t go before 7, you won’t eat. They are not open till 8…at least hot subs. Will give them more stars when they change hours or stay open till the listed hour.
