I asked for a 12" sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato, olives, onion, banana peppers, provolone and mayo. Toasted.Sandwich was on white. Mainly lettuce. No mayo, no tomato, no olives. And had mushrooms which I can't stand. And wasn't toasted. My fiance got the classic steak. He said his was extremely dry. He had to add sauce to it at home. Two sandwiches came to $29. Definitely way over priced for not even good sandwiches.

I grew up on John Smith Subs and this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. Called to place an order and was placed on hold for ten minutes. I actually made it to the location to place my order in person before they picked the phone back up. Ordered two subs and drinks. One of the subs was incorrect even after they repeated my order to me. The chicken was more like ground chicken, not the chunks of chicken breast I’m used to. Customer service was non existent. For the price, I would rather go next door to Publix for a better experience at a better price.

The best sub I've had around here. They have excellent Cuban subs. I adore Marilyn; she's hilarious and kind! made for an amazing experience for me ?

The last 3 times I was here I said I wouldn’t come back. The wife talked me into it one more time. Not only were they severely understaffed and it took more than 30 min for us to get our order but the food was horrible. The fries were good but my chicken bomb was disgusting. And the order was messed up. Wrong subs. Other people in front of us waiting were complaining as well. We will never go back.

Got here at 5:20pm and it says they close at 6pm. The two young guys telling they are closed… but at 5:20pm and not 6pm? Won’t be coming to this place ever again… not good service if they closing an hour early.

I’m outside their door right now at 7:20pm. Says they close at 8pm. All the chairs are up, sign is off and guy is ignoring me. Maybe I’ll change the rating if I ever get to try a sub. Maybe….Update: finally got to eat here. Great subs and fries. But if you don’t go before 7, you won’t eat. They are not open till 8…at least hot subs. Will give them more stars when they change hours or stay open till the listed hour.

Guy inside mopping up at 7:15 locked the door in front of me and gestured that their closed almost an hour earlier than it says on the sign in front of him on the door. Won't be going to any more Jon Smith subs at all, hope closing an hour early is worth losing

I find it hard to trust a place to keep clean when they won’t even run their A/C. This store is HOT Everytime I come in, today It pissed me off and I just walked out.

What happened to this place? Insanely small portions, super cheap thin cups and then raise prices! Jon Smith would never run one of his stores like this. Oh, and let’s add insult to injury and nail you with a credit card fee. Will never be back with this cheapskate owner.

The owner and workers at this Jon Smith location, make delivery drivers fill customers' drinks. If you order from one of these food delivery services like DoorDash, Grubhub, or UberEats and you have ordered a beverage, best believe that delivery drivers, who aren't required to wash their hands, are being trusted by the owner and workers to fill your drinks. What if the delivery driver puts the wrong drink? Then who is to blame? I found this out and was completely disgusted. Workers are supposed to have clean hands when handling food, however, they tell drivers (whose hands that are not clean) to prepare your drinks. This practice is WRONG to both the drivers and the customer! Delivery drivers aren't being paid to do JS workers' job! JS Royal Palm needs to change this practice ASAP!!!
