Little Caesars Pizza

Horrible place, horrible service. even if you order by phone call when you come to pick upf the order is not ready, and they have to take the order again to make you wait an hour for a pizz crap and the employees with bad mood and bad service towards customers, is for the customers that consume there that the employees have there pay check!!!!

Dante West has absolutely amazing customer service he definitely should get a raise he definitely set the tone for a healthy environment he makes the customer feel welcome the minute you walk through the door he was very professional and nice he made ordering food here a great experience and he also made sure he gave me an exact time my order was ready AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE HANDS DOWN !!!

This is the second time I came to this location and they don’t have hot and ready. Pepperoni pizza. What’s the point of this company‘s advertising hot and ready when nothing is ever hot and ready. If I wanted to wait for a pizza to be cooked I would go somewhere That’s way better than this place. The convenience would make you settle. But there’s no convenience here.

The workers have no ambition whatsoever, over 45 minutes waiting for a pizza. No point of a Manager when she can’t even help solve a simple issue with a promo . Ask for a well-done pizza in the pizza tastes horrible half cooked. Service here is horrible even call in orders never done when arriving .

In 40+ years of buying food at restaurants NEVER have I come across an employee as RUDE, LAZY, and ARROGANT as the lady at the counter tonight at the Royal Palm Beach, FL Little Ceasars. Not just me but two other customers that none of us knew each other got the same rudeness from this lady who obviously hates her job and people as well. Little Ceasars needs to step it up and pull video photage from August 5th, 2025 around 21:15 and get this horrible person off of their payroll FAST!

Unfortunately, today I'm going to have to give a bad review to an employee at this store, who is of Spanish descent. What he did to me today isn't fair, and it's good to stop him from doing bad things to people who are just working and trying to make a little money for their families. This employee always has an attitude, and today he left me waiting for 26 minutes and waited on everyone who came in after me. I told him the name of the order, and he never took it to the Door Dash oven, which was empty. He chose to take it to the employee-only area.
The girl working with him is a witness, since she had to come and give me the order because I didn't have access to it. She should know why he does this to Door Dash employees. When I finally received the order, I asked him why he did it, and he completely ignored me. I recommend the store manager look at the cameras to see if I'm right or wrong for this review. 07/31/25 6:45pm

Their little cupcake size pizza puffs in the cheese flavor are freaking amazing. Not sure what kind of seasoning bees have on top of them but it's delicious!!

Little Caesars was a 10 out of 10 would recommend. I took my son here for his 5th birthday after we left Urban Air. We had one large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, an order of crazy bites and two orders of wings, for 48 bucks my son's loved it and I enjoyed it too. The service was fast and the order was hot and delicious!

The beauty of Little Caesars has always been the speed and price. Still very fast. Unfortunately the prices have doubled over the past few years. Online ordering and pizza portal work very well

It was a corner store Caesar's not the ones were one gets to sit. I mostly go there to pick up my Pizza anyway so it's fine! Again pizza is great, and service was nice!

Stopped for lunch. Always hot & fresh.

Young girl took my order was very soft spoken. Had to ask what she said a couple of times. That was nothing. When I saw NO one washed their hands after touching the register. The lady making the pizzas came took an order and handled money! Then she went right back to making pizzas. I probably should’ve asked for a refund.
Anyways, Do better Little Caesars!
