Hate thing location with a passion. Manager is very rude. Most staff are rude as well and my order is always wrong and always told to wait in a numbered parking spot. Every time I ask for my receipt, it’s an excuse of why not to give it to me.
Today was the last straw. I ordered the Grinch happy meal three of them. I did not want any toppings on my burger, and my burger was loaded with all the stuff that I did not want. They messed up the other grinch box as well and gave me nuggets instead of a burger. And to top it all off the cute box it was supposed to come in. None of them came in it. Just the ugly brown paper bags. What was supposed to be a happy meal turned into a disaster meal.

I've never had such gamey chicken nuggets in my life it literally tastes like it was days old. Same with the cheeseburger unbelievably aged taste. I actually threw everything away.

Rude manager today , tells me to pull up to a parking space because she’s being timed , but then proceeds to have me wait there for five minutes, then the guy comes out with my food, forgets my drink, then I need salt which I could have asked for if I were at the window like normal, then he goes in and never comes back out. So I go in, apparently she told him he couldn’t come back out to give it to me. Then she starts yelling at me! Says she is busy! Long black hair short Spanish lady. Horrible attitude and runs her shift completely inefficiently.

A few weeks ago my grandson and I were in this store. We were going to eat there, but there wasn’t a clean table in the place, so we brought it home. We just came from this Mc Donald’s again today! And again! No clean tables! But we stayed. When the woman brought us our order, I brought it to her attention, that all the tables needed to be cleaned. She said it would be taken care of, but it wasn’t while we were there! Disgusting!!! Won’t be back here again !!

Stopped in for a big Mac. The bread was dry. The hamburgers were even dry. It tasted nothing like I ever had before as a big Mac all the food here Taste stale they need to up their game. Will not be going back to this McDonald’s and maybe to any other McDonald’s for a long time .
what a disappointment.
Also, the prices here are definitely not worth the food you’re getting. I got one big Mac and a small Coke and it cost me $10 and change..

I was very disappointed with what I witnessed during my visit. While ordering, I clearly saw an employee handling the French fries station—grabbing the scoop, salting the fries—and then immediately switch to changing the trash bag at a large bin right next to the service area. After tying up the trash, she slid the bin back and went straight back to touching the fry scoop and salting fries without washing her hands.

I addressed it with the manager, but the response was minimal—she was only told to use sanitizer. That is not an acceptable substitute for proper handwashing, especially after handling garbage.

For a restaurant that consistently shows an “A” health inspection grade, this is concerning. Food safety is not optional, and cross-contamination like this puts customers at risk.

I’m sharing this not to attack, but because basic hygiene standards must be enforced. Customers deserve confidence that their food is being handled safely and professionally.

If I could give zero stars I would. While inside it took me and several other guest over 30 mins for us to get our meal. They werent sending any food out for the people waiting in the line inside. they only focused on the drive through. I seen atleast 12 cars go through the line before I even seen them start to work on my food. I know its very important to get the outside line moving but for them not even make an effort for the people inside is pretty sad. You know its bad when people in line are saying youve been here for a long time and they haven even started working on my food yet. THEN after all that I get my food 25 minutes later and my simple plain burger has everything on it. Ive been going to McDonalds for the last 25 years and Ive never had to deal with anything like that before. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION SPEND THE TIME AND GO ELSE WHERE.

I don’t recommend coming to this McDonald’s. The workers lack customer service skills. As well as motivation. If they feel like canceling your order they will cancel it. The employees will mess up your order and give you attitude when you complain. I’ve always made sure to be respectful because I don’t want my food to get spit on, so if you decide to come to this location, I suggest don’t complain.

Today, around 12:30 PM (06-11-2025), I witnessed a very unpleasant situation at this McDonald’s. A manager on duty at that time treated a delivery woman in a rude and humiliating way, simply because she had used the restroom.

The manager confronted her in front of other people, in a completely unnecessary and disrespectful way, showing no empathy toward delivery workers. The young woman left the restaurant in tears. It was uncomfortable and painful to witness.

This is not how people should be treated especially those who are working hard. I’m very disappointed with the behavior of the staff.
