I felt quite disheartened when my coupon wasn’t honored, especially since I had made the purchase in good faith. There seemed to be a misunderstanding between the associate and me at that time. I even checked my app and emails to provide proof, but another associate informed me that I could simply scan my receipt to earn the points or rewards. I was really hoping they would honor the coupon for the buy one, get one free promotion before it ended on November 13. It was disappointing...

Wonderful and delicious cakes. I can’t say enough except my husband always loves when he comes home and sees his favorite, white chocolate raspberry waiting for him!
