Love this place! My waiter Clay was literally the best waiter I have ever had. Super chill. I got a drink at the bar and the bartender was super cool. This place has great food and wonderful employees. I gave atmosphere a 2 because they did not have a lot of Australian artifacts like other Outbacks I have visited.

Tim was our server. He was great! Very attentive and super helpful and pleasant. 5 in our party. We all ordered steak. It came out exactly how we ordered it and was very flavorful. Sides were good and dessert was delicious.

We went there to enjoy a nice family meal waited for like 45 to almost and hour for our food seen our waiter chatting away with different staff and low and behold our food comes out and everything was cold my daughter didn’t even eat her hamburger I had to ask for warm shrimps very disappointed . We tried it again after a long time, and the last time was a bad experience too. We live close so we figured we’d give it another shot instead of Texas Roadhouse like my wife wanted. Big regret. Steak was all pepper, no flavor. Kids plate was spicy from the pepper too. Caesar was soggy and bland. Also, maybe add a gray plate. Have you ever thought why every restaurant uses white plates? Germs show better. This location needs to fix the kitchen.

We had a party of 6, they told us they needed to put tables together, it would be a wait. 15 minutes later they sat us in a booth(no special table rearrange) nobody bused the 3 tables around us, two hostesses just standing there, joined by a guy- just standing there. No concern over checking orders, bussing tables. Took so long one of our party had to leave before her entree was served.

What are legitimate reasons to ban a guest? Taking a photo? This is my view on this restaurant, the floors dirty and slippery. We received the brown bread and drinks before we received the napkin and silverware.
The waitress was the highlight, but after that it went south. The manager demanded to view my phone (as if she had that authority) she claimed she watch video of another person taking pictures as we walked by and saw me take a picture as well.. To this manager, do what you want with your phone, but my phone is none of your business and if you want to ban us, WE GLADLY ACCEPT! That was her proclamation's as we exited, ushered out by police officers . That’s right! To others would be patron, hold a tight grip on your phone, be careful walking inside this establishment and do not wear slippery shoes.
Oh yeah, thanks for calling the police on us, who stood over us as we finished our meal. I was wondering why such the long delay to pay our bill. It was a pleasure to the tell officers of all the offenses, and know this, the officers never asked to view my phone.
Weeks have past we contacted Corporate for this manger did call the police interrupting our dinner. Corporate doesn’t value us as customers, well not only will I stay away from this Outback, I refuse to go to any Outback any where ever again! Go wok go broke!
