Just ok, would not order them again. Service was not great, made several mistakes. Wife had steak and l small lobster tail said was good.

I was pleased with the easy placement of an online order. I was greeted by staff immediately when I arrived. The steak was perfectly cooked and th onion petals were still crispy!

Our server Nate was INCREDIBLE!! He was so attentive, respectful and efficient. Our food was delicious, fresh and cooked exactly to our desires. The ambiance score is a 4 out of 5 because the air was a bit humid.

The food was on point last night. The ribs was a 10 out of 10 it was the first time trying them me and my husband say thanks to the chef and all the cooks. Great Job.

Disappointing Experience – Long Wait & Poor Quality

We decided to have dinner at this restaurant on Saturday night. It was busy, but we were willing to wait. Unfortunately, once we were seated, the service was extremely slow—our food took over an hour to arrive. When it finally did, the quality was very disappointing. The overall experience was frustrating, with poor service and mediocre food. Definitely not worth the wait. Would not recommend!

Had the T bone steak, 30% fat. Told the waitress and she said..I like alot of fat!!
Also, the worst French onion soup, all water, no onions

Ordered 13 ox 36.00 ribeye . Was worst steak ever , tuff dry and over cooked ... never again ... they gave me 3.00 credit for a 36.00 steak ! Nope not again. So much for Outback support and quality👎👎👎

Horrible! I ordered the Prime Steak sandwich upon biting into it (I thought it was gristle), which was a tiny screw. Upon leaving my husband asked me if I was finished bc I didn't eat the other half I told him there was too much gristle when he looked at what I spit out he noticed a tiny screw.If I would of known I would of brought it to the waiters & managers attention. I'm very disappointed bc Outback is one of his favorite restaurants.I kept it and am praying that this never happens to a child bc they would have choked and wouldn't be as lucky to spit it out. And now we are going into mid-January and still have not received any response from Outback! This is unacceptable! I'm updating this review 3 years later, and still no one has reached out to us over this issue..

Three of us went there on 12-30-24 and there were only a few customers so it wasn't crowded. We saw 2 waitresses and 1 waiter after about 20 minutes we got up and left. No one came over to our table to wait on us or offer a drink, I can understand if they were busy but they were not. We wont be going back!

The floor as soon as we walked in we were sliding around. As we sat there watched others complain about the greasy like floor. The server was good except my Fiance was not offered another beverage when he came to the table to check on us and his glass was empty. My food was good but my Fiancé steak was cold and the loaded potatoe was laking in the condiments when the waiter brought more the bacon was raw and the cheese cold but the thought was in the right place. The manger Jade was walking around checking in with tables which was great. She did come to our table and express her concern with the issue we had. She comped his meal which was nice we would have preferred the dinner to be delicious
