Disappointing Experience – Long Wait & Poor Quality

We decided to have dinner at this restaurant on Saturday night. It was busy, but we were willing to wait. Unfortunately, once we were seated, the service was extremely slow—our food took over an hour to arrive. When it finally did, the quality was very disappointing. The overall experience was frustrating, with poor service and mediocre food. Definitely not worth the wait. Would not recommend!

Had the T bone steak, 30% fat. Told the waitress and she said..I like alot of fat!!
Also, the worst French onion soup, all water, no onions

Ordered 13 ox 36.00 ribeye . Was worst steak ever , tuff dry and over cooked ... never again ... they gave me 3.00 credit for a 36.00 steak ! Nope not again. So much for Outback support and quality👎👎👎

Horrible! I ordered the Prime Steak sandwich upon biting into it (I thought it was gristle), which was a tiny screw. Upon leaving my husband asked me if I was finished bc I didn't eat the other half I told him there was too much gristle when he looked at what I spit out he noticed a tiny screw.If I would of known I would of brought it to the waiters & managers attention. I'm very disappointed bc Outback is one of his favorite restaurants.I kept it and am praying that this never happens to a child bc they would have choked and wouldn't be as lucky to spit it out. And now we are going into mid-January and still have not received any response from Outback! This is unacceptable! I'm updating this review 3 years later, and still no one has reached out to us over this issue..

Three of us went there on 12-30-24 and there were only a few customers so it wasn't crowded. We saw 2 waitresses and 1 waiter after about 20 minutes we got up and left. No one came over to our table to wait on us or offer a drink, I can understand if they were busy but they were not. We wont be going back!

The floor as soon as we walked in we were sliding around. As we sat there watched others complain about the greasy like floor. The server was good except my Fiance was not offered another beverage when he came to the table to check on us and his glass was empty. My food was good but my Fiancé steak was cold and the loaded potatoe was laking in the condiments when the waiter brought more the bacon was raw and the cheese cold but the thought was in the right place. The manger Jade was walking around checking in with tables which was great. She did come to our table and express her concern with the issue we had. She comped his meal which was nice we would have preferred the dinner to be delicious

It started with a reservation made on the phone for a party of 11. On arrival, we were told they made arrangements for a party of 2, and we could split between tables. After complaining to the manager, she rectified the situation and comp the appetizers. Then it went downhill from there, no drink order was taken, had to ask for bread for the table, despite reminding the server, no Birthday was recognized, no refills were offered, and food arrived cold.
We spoke to the manager, and she was very sympathetic while encouraging us to return.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Outback Steakhouse. From the start, things went wrong, and it seemed like the staff was overwhelmed or not paying attention to our table. First, they took our orders and disappeared for an uncomfortably long time. When part of the food finally arrived, they forgot several of our plates, and some of the drinks we ordered never even made it to the table. We had to remind the servers multiple times to bring the rest of our food and drinks, which really disrupted the experience and made us feel like we weren’t valued as customers. The food, when it eventually arrived, was fine, but by that point, we were frustrated and disappointed. It’s frustrating to have to keep asking for things that should be standard. Hopefully, Outback Steakhouse can improve their service and make it more enjoyable for their guests. This was not what I expected from this place because of all the good things I’ve heard about this restaurant I am extremely disgusted and disappointed at how the attention to their guests was, would definitely give no stars if it was an option.

Everything about this place was a mess. For starters, drinks came with no alcohol, appetizers all came wrong. some drinks didn’t come out until we asked for the 4th time, main course came wrong, one order was completely missing and they wanted to bring out the missing plate once everyone was done eating. truthfully very disappointed, manager never showed up when we asked to speaks to the manager, don’t recommend, never coming back again.
