Had an Uber eats order delivered which panera bread messed up on they refused to make it right I will never go back to this location or any other panera bread again they can kiss my money good bye as far as I'm concerned management didn't do nothing to fix it so screw it yall just lost a high paying customer.

I was not impressed with my food. It just seems like they don't care about the quality anymore. My soup was lukewarm, and my bread bowl was not heated up. Just made it soggy, way too fast before I could even eat. There wasn't anyone available to take my order, so I had to use the kiosk. And there seems to always be a rush of people waiting to pick up their food. The teas had that sour taste to them. I just wasn't in the mood to deal with the chaos of impatient people, hovering over the service table.

All I can say is abject disappointment! First, you took away the cinnamon crunch bagel breakfast sandwich, today I ordered a four pack of cinnamon rolls because you all were my go to when I didn’t feel like making my own… they were big, fluffy, and had that delicious icing… WELL, apparently you’ve gone to a glorified version of the Little Debbie Honey Buns. HOW DISAPPOINTING AND DISGUSTING are these new cinnamon buns! Terrible of you to sell out to this cheap, hard, poor tasting product. Shame on you!
I am completely done with receiving wrong orders. Service is too expensive to receive late. This was suppose to be a chicken salad and the chicken was left off.
