11am got a strawberry salad, and to my disbelief the salad leaves were yellow and old. At 11am ??? Your food is know to be good and I pay willingly, but this is not the way to start lunch.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was dirty toilet water on the floor, and the toilet bowl had a disturbing yellow-orange discoloration. The sink was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Overall, the hygiene was extremely poor. I will never use the bathroom here again.

Had an Uber eats order delivered which panera bread messed up on they refused to make it right I will never go back to this location or any other panera bread again they can kiss my money good bye as far as I'm concerned management didn't do nothing to fix it so screw it yall just lost a high paying customer.
