ORDERED a LG Pepperoni w/ 16 boneless wings online with coupon 21 buck thougt good price. Stuffed cheese crust. Wasn't ready onetime waited nearly 25 min over said time and the pizza was so THIN and hard barley edible. Called next day asked about the crust why so thin so hard so dry. Didn't care offered no solution. Just said sorry have nice day

Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior experienced today. waited over 2 hours to receive 2 pizzas. Phoned the store and was treated unfairly and handled without any level of care or concern. Both Jordan and Destiney talked to me as if it wasn't an issue that I waited over 2 hours and proceeded to transfer me over and over wasting and prolonging time . I asked for the manager several times and they both told me that they were managers. I asked to have my order remade and delivered to business address as we never had this issue with location prior however today I was faced with such unprofessional behavior that Sanitas will not utilize your company ever again as a result. Destiney told me that I am calling to rant and rave??? Who would not be upset after waiting 2 hours for pizza??? Lastly, to communicate with me in a manner of zero urgency. Both Jordan and Destiney should be reprimanded if not fired for poor customer service and also the lack of customer care or concern.

Had ordered delivery and the quality of everything was subpar. The pizza had no flavor, barely any pepperoni and even less of the garlic I ordered. The breadsticks also dry and inedible.

walked in and was not even acknowledged by anyone. There was 2 employees that saw me and did. not even bother to help at all. Then after calling over the counter to let them know i’m picking up a female walked up to cashier and let me tell you was the rudest. This is the first time that I have been to this location and have experienced this. I am not one to complain but I was most definitely not happy with the service I was given. I felt like this employees were bothered to be there and I was a bother just picking up food that I ordered in advance.

We ordered a large Meat lovers pizza and a pepperoni pizza and it wasn’t good at all. The pizza was dry and overcooked. Tasted like cardboard but The buffalo wings were pretty good. Probably won’t come back here.
I ordered a Big New Yorker Pizza on August 14, 2024 from this location the most disgusting nasty Pizza. It was dry a frozen Pizza from Walmart is better listen people never order from this location never nasty. I'm glad I didn't tip the driver the worst. Run they have Roaches.

Good service but i see the employees use NO GLOVES which is a big deal for me because they’re touching product boxes, answering phones and everything of the above and they go right back to touching the food product Like I said good service only if they use the gloves, everything will be perfect
