It would be nice to get my food. I ordered 2 pies. The guy comes to the house doesn't speak English and missing half my order. So I don't accept it, and he tells me it's my problem, i call Pizza Hut. They tell me call corporate. Well, I will be charging this back on my credit card right now. Lost customer forever

I dont know the name of this guy but he was the rudest person I met from a Pizza Hut.First off he couldn’t even say “Hi, how may I help you?” He just looked at me. I asked if I could have some sauce and he then looked at me again like I asked for free food. He said I should have done it online when I ordered the food. I said there wasn’t an option or I would have. Then he went on saying yeah look at the site it says it there. I mean what difference does it make?! Why was it so hard to just say “sure”? I just can’t believe you guys hire people like that. What if I did that to him? Anyway, I don’t know his name because he wouldn’t tell me, which was more rude. He has a long black beard and wore a hat backwards. He was I believe African American but not 100% because his skin was light. I really hope someone speaks to this guy and teaches him customer service skills.

The food was overcooked, the manager was rude as ever. Hair hanging down all over the place with no hair net at all. Not to mention putting toppings and preparing food without gloves. I don't care that it goes in the oven, it makes food preparation look unappealing. If I could give a no star rating,I would have, horrible.
Very disappointing experience, would not recommend this location…. I placed an online order for pickup that was scheduled to be ready at 9:39 PM on September 10th. When I arrived at 10 PM, the employee told me the order had been canceled because I was “too late” even though the app showed no cancellation. She then said she was working alone, canceled the remaining orders, locked up the store, got into a car waiting for her outside, and left… despite several other customers arriving afterward to collect their orders. This level of service is unacceptable!!!!
