The air conditioning is locked at 54. No one was in there at lunch time on Monday and anyone who walked in ordered and waited in the parking lot. How do I know it was 54 exactly? The only woman working there told me as she looked The thermostat. I told her shouldn't you call the owner and said, we can't. It took 35 minutes to get my food even though I was the only order they had taken until 20 minutes after I placed it. The food was undercooked and terrible. I definitely would not suggest eating there. The whole experience was terrible from start to finish. It was my birthday and I got an email saying I would get free cinnasticks. She didn't know how to do it in the computer do I told her to forget it. $40 worth of bad food. What a mess that place is.

Delivered the wrong pizza. When I called them to get it corrected, they hung up the phone immediately after it went through all of the menus/sales pitches.

First I ordered pizza online which they charged me three times for and the site said pizza would be ready in 20 min. Second I had my daughter pick up the pizza at your location on Southern Blvd she got there food was on order told her there was an hour and a half wait time for the pizza’s so my daughter asked for a refund because she had to get back home to take the kids trick or treating so NO PIZZA’S no one ate.. THANKS!! Third I called three times to get my refund for the PIZZA’S they gave me a complete run around!! NEVER GOT MY REFUND BACK!! Thanks again!! I wouldn’t advise any one to ever eat at this Pizza Hut!! Terrible customer service!!

As I write this review at 7:05pm, I have been on hold now for 20 minutes about an order I placed at 6:06pm. The delivery time was supposed to be 6:30pm and I have yet to receive my order. This is ridiculous and extremely terrible customer service. My kids are hungry and this is unacceptable.
