It’s disappointing spending this much money on food & not being able to alter anything even slightly. They’re very non accommodating sadly while already adding gratuity for carry out. The matcha late & regular late are all straight milk minimal matcha or espresso.

Love this place, we eat here a couple times a week, Food is always fresh and delicious! Service is amazing, place is clean and beautiful. All the staff takes great care of the customers, especially Queeny, who was our server today, provided us with great experience! And I love the fact that my dog is always welcome there, inside and out!!
