Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

The product is good, just very overpriced. It was 27.00 for 2 small ice creams and a small gelati. We won't return at thise prices, that's just absurd for ice cream.

We stopped by Rita’s in Royal Palm Beach and tried the watermelon ice, peanut butter, cookie dough, and chocolate ice topped with vanilla custard.

Every flavor was fantastic, and the custard was rich and creamy.

Gretchen waited on us and was incredibly friendly and fast with our order.

Great service and even better desserts—highly recommend!

Awesome! Hard to find a good Rita's! The young lady working by herself killed it! We were there all together about 45 mins, she must've served 30 people! Didn't get her name, but it was Tuesday evening. She killed it!

The worker Gretchen was the best service i have ever gotten. Whoever is the manager really needs to keep her close and probably give her a raise. She was just so kind and talkative. Helped me pick what i wanted and let me take my time. She was the best.

Haven’t been here in awhile but decided to try it out, when I walked in I was immediately hit with a nauseating smell. An oder of a combination between a smelly drainage and pee. It was semi busy so I figured it must be good still, cotton candy icee was great until I make my way down my cup and notice what looks like mold or at least not something I would want to see in my cup. No thanks.

Great spot for summertime treats with the family. Awesome customer service here!

I went in to pick up an order 5/27 in the evening and was ignored when i walked in. When i finally was spoken to i received attitude from the associate I’m assuming is the shift manager. Then when I received the order it was rudely placed infront of me without confirmation.

Talk about a perfect end to our Sunday evening. We popped in for dessert and stayed for the fun. Joined the line, picked our flavors, ordered and paid. Service was so kind and had bright smiles on! Made all the difference. Got our cones and cups and decided to stay to eat last minute. We had so many laughs!! The custard was FABULOUS !!!!!!! All 5 of us, were head over heels for it. Great job all around.

I love the sour patch watermelon flavor but what really made the experience was our server's helpfulness. Isel is a wonderful young lady who had a great attitude.
