We always have a wonderful experience but tonight was a different experience! They lost our ticket of food we waited an hour for our meals it was not ok for tonight! The. Server was very nice but the manager never came over to say anything.. There are six of us and we ate so late and did not even finish our meals !

There’s literally 4 people here, the server is more interested in chatting and disappearing and the ramen bowl was bland, literally didn’t touch it and she didn’t try to ask why or inquire just dropped the check and made a face. Another diner told the manager (I’d rather just pay and leave than complain) and he looked at the full plate and kept walking by… you wonder why there’s 4 people here. Smh.

Dirty. The lamp shades were so dusty. They weren't able to seat 8 together unless they pushed a square table together with a round table. The dining chairs were comfy but dirty. The corners where everybody touches to pull back the chair was dirty. Salad bar had sanitizer to use but empty. Thought there would have been bread sticks or simular.
Parking: This place was in a plaza with other businesses. So they had slot parking.

I took my family to Ruby Tuesday last night. We've been going to this location for years and have never had a problem. Last night, we got the bartender named Tammy for the first time. She was absolutely HORRIBLE. My family showed up and was greeted nicely from the person working the front, and as soon as we encountered Tammy, it was the worst experience we've ever had at a Ruby Tuesday. She was extremely rude, especially to my wife, brought us water, then never refilled our waters, never cleaned our table, did ABSOLUTELY nothing. Never asked if we wanted anything else, nothing. We ordered salad bar to start off with, made a few trips and had our plates just stacked on the table, and just ended up eating that and leaving 30 minutes later. My son couldn't wait to get out of there.

I won’t ding them for the salad as everything else was fabulous and it was clean.
I like this restaurant because it has a salad bar and gives a lot of discounts, but what I hate is some of the workers there when I enter the restaurant to take my order they completely ignore me and I wait 15 minutes and no one cares there is a worker who intentionally ignores us, I don't know the reason but I expect ethnic and religious reasons, I hope the officials in the restaurant take this seriously because I have become upset with this method

I still enjoy going to this Ruby Tuesday location. They have a good salad bar and the sandwiches/dinners are tasty. Ruby's bar is nice as well and has a nice selection of drinks to choose from. The atmosphere is pleasant, relaxed and provides some well needed nostalgia from the 90s and 2000s (reminds of the one Boca used to have in Mizner Park).
I think if this location wants to grow, there needs to be something that really lures new and old customers in like special meal deal promotions etc. Perhaps they are having deals that I am unaware of but you do not see the same type of advertising as other competing American bar/grill restaurants.
I recommend you check this Ruby's out sometime. The staff are friendly and attentive and the salad bar still offers a wide variety of veggies, dressings, macaroni etc. to choose from and is still unlimited.
