The online ordering is crap....So what you do next would to call the place right?! You guessed it and even then they gave us half cheese and half artichokes (which was clearly stated to have on the whole pie). The garlic knots were burnt and not tasteful.... No wonder they have bad reviews because everything they do is half!

Front didn’t communicate when arrived. No greeting. Inform them of my order. Was told would be ready in 5 minutes. Female waitress and young male up front Advised would let me know when order was ready. Waited 10 minutes . Then ask. Pizza was there and hard. Ask the guy up front why wasn’t I told pizza had been ready. He shrugged his shoulders. No apology. I advise all this rudeness I won’t be back. He then finally opens his mouth and says he’s not worried.

Very expensive for pasta. Expect to pay $35 per person. Lasagna was below average portion, taste, and quality. Salad was good but expensive. Likely not returning. Maybe the pizza is good I don't know.

Vegetarians be careful. I ordered Pepperocini peppers and got pepperoni. Sal’s said it was a glitch in their online ordering platform. They did refund my money but I disappointed a bunch of vegetarians in my house.

Terrible customer service. Ordered through DoorDash and they forgot to give the driver the meatballs and French fries. I called and they said I could come pick them up…really. They messed up and I have to drive there after spending $72. She then said they would deliver them to me. 10 minutes later they called and said they could not deliver and I have to call DoorDash for a refund. Nice way to treat your customer. Food is very expensive and they seem not to care about fixing their mistakes. Will spend my money elsewhere from now on…

pretty good place to get a pizza the price at first was a bit odd but it was worth it, the service was pretty nice, overall pretty good place

if I could leave 0 stars, I would. The only redeeming quality of this place is the pizza. Other locations would NEVER get this trashy. I ordered a plate of chicken tenders and fries and I don’t even know if you could call this chicken. It’s completely burnt and instead of just making us another order they passed it off like it was good. 99% breading and 1% chicken. And the staff is horrible, called in an order and I was left on hold for an hour. I walk into the place and it’s completely empty. This is the closest location to me and I’m upset they failed to meet regular health standards.

I order from there 2x a week for the past 3 years bc I love their salads but I have about HAD IT with the customer service and the prices. I ordered last week a large cheese pizza, a salad, and a calzone it came to $58. Fine. Today I ordered a mini personal pie (they don’t sell by the slice here), a small calzone, and a salad. It’s also $58. I asked the girl how it’s the same price as last time I ordered if it’s a mini pizza but she had no answer. She’s also just all around rude every time I call. The ingredients are fresh in the salad usually! But it’s hit or miss on whether you will get everything in your salad even if you specifically ask/pay extra for it. The training in the staff there is SO BAD that I don’t even bother when they mess up our insanely priced order. The people who pick up the phones or take your order in the restaurant are minimally trained if it ALL. I once asked them if they have chicken rolls and the lady asked me what that was. LOL you work in a pizzeria and you DONT KNOW WHAT A CHICKEN ROLL IS??? Literally just one example. I could go on all day. The ownership needs to take better control of this place. I live around the block but thinking of trying new places.
