Disappointing!! Order a cold brew non dairy each time and each time it’s made wrong! Go to the Westlake location and Bingo! They get it right over there. This location needs to retrain or get people who care. For $5 a cup I’d like it to be correct. Also, when there’s people in the store, address the people - driveway should not need 3 people! I went in today to make sure it was right , but left without ordering som e nobody addressed me or the guy ahead of me! SMH - banning this location

Delivery drivers treated badly and deprioritized here, bad for the customers that order and I stand watching their coffee goes cold because noone puts it in a bag after numerous requests, I thought workers are supposed to help eachother, while most of the pay is customer tip company doesn’t even pay $2

I LOVE this Starbucks location!! It’s our go-to location: every morning, my son and I stop on the way to HS, it starts our day off just right and has become a nice “Quality Time” tradition for us (bonus!); I’ll typically go again in the afternoon for a quick pick me up. I LIVE for the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso-then I’ll put some seasonal syrup in there (ie Pecan, Chestnut, etc.) and that’s a nice little treat. But the main reasons we visit this location are the people who work there. Every. Single. Time. We walk in - we are greeted by name and the conversations flow from there. The employees not only know me, but most know all 3 of our kids. By name. 2 of whom are older and don’t visit Starbby’s (as we call it) with me as much. That says something to me. It’s not a large store, more like a mom-and-pop, kinda small-town store vibe, but still corporate when it needs to be. Professional and courteous, everyone who works here will always take the time to say hi - even at the height of a “rush”. I honestly could get cheaper coffee elsewhere-but the QT I get to spend with my son and the employees who work here, make every visit enjoyable and worth every penny.
Parking: 3 spots right out front, plenty of spaces in the parking lot. Shared parking spaces with the bank located next door, but I have never seen every space taken.
Wheelchair accessibility: Bathroom is large enough for someone in a wheelchair and the hallway to get there (only a few feet) is wide enough as well (I believe).
FYI: There is also a changing table in the bathroom-which is good info for moms with babies. 😁 I use it for my purse 😝

I agree with some of the other others that are left reviews, the new location although it’s nice and brand new. The atmosphere is very different than the previous location which was just a half a block away. Unfortunately, the price of coffee is what it is. We all pay the price because we know what we’re getting. The disappointing part is when employees are either rushed or don’t understand how to make drinks. If it’s only coffee, we’re paying a premium for just coffee. The drinks should always be made correctly. I wonder if they still have the flashcards for the employees to understand how the drinks are supposed to be made?
