I don’t usually write reviews because it feels time-consuming, but I feel like I have to speak up. I’ve been going to the Starbucks on Southern Blvd in Royal Palm Beach for a while now since it’s close to where I live. But honestly, I’m not sure how they manage to mess up my drink almost every single time. This location definitely needs better management and customer service training. It’s disappointing and honestly makes me want to avoid it entirely. I’m a regular customer, and my drinks are usually come up to 8$ because I add foam and other extras. So yes, it’s frustrating when I receive the wrong drink, especially over and over again. I’ve spoken up a few times—always politely—saying something like, “Hey, I think you made my drink wrong.” But instead of correcting it properly, the staff often re-make it wrong again, and sometimes with an attitude. It almost feels intentional. At some point, I just give up and leave with whatever they hand me, which is not okay when I’m paying that much for a drink. What’s even more confusing is that when I go to any other Starbucks, I never have this issue. Example one time I ask for very little ice n they decided to give me almost empty glass… I took with me because I didn’t want to argue. Is truly upsetting !!! The other one looks a bit messy bc my sister had already drinker from it when it occur to me to take a picture !! Like this is just wrong !!

Ordered a breakfast sandwich without the egg through their customization in app and got my order with the egg and they removed the sausage!?! Oh but they had time to draw a cat face on my cup while messing up my order?? Please just focus on people's orders before having fun.

I’ve been ordering from this Starbucks store at least twice a week for the past two months, and I’ve finally had enough. Nearly half the time, they completely ignore my customizations from the app. I always order beverages like chai lattes and coffees with specific modifications, which they offer through their app, by the way, yet they constantly get it wrong.

One of the most consistent and infuriating mistakes: I always request my drinks warm (not boiling hot) and half of the time they always hand me something scalding. What’s the point of offering customizations if they refuse to follow them? I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for my drink to cool down when I specifically ordered it warm.

Today was the final straw. I ordered a warm Grande chai latte with only two pumps of chai; simple, right? They gave me something super hot that I was unable to even drink and what I got was clearly overloaded with syrup because it was disgustingly sweet. I know what two pumps of chai taste like because I ordered the exact same drink with the same customizations from another Starbucks store this morning, and it tasted perfect. So either this store simply ignores order details or can’t measure ingredients properly. Are they even paying attention?

I understand mistakes happen, but this has been a consistent issue for two months. It’s beyond frustrating to pay for something only to receive something I didn’t order; over and over again. It feels like false advertising because I’m paying for specific customizations and receiving something else entirely.

Until this location gets their act together and trains their staff to actually follow orders, I’m done. There are plenty of other Starbucks stores that get it right, and I’ll happily take my business elsewhere.

We went in thinking it would be quicker but waited 15 minutes when there was 1 person in front of us. While waiting, 2 patrons came back in stating they received the wrong drink. After leaving, I too realized they didn’t get my drink correct either.

The staff was pleasant but they may not be the most knowledgeable. Based on reviews, this may be a “driveway only, check your order before pulling off” situation.

Starby's with a drive-through! If you have a hard time finding it in the shopping plaza, you're not alone. The signage on the building is red, not green, and not angled towards 441. Look for the monument signage that says Hobby Lobby.

This location is small but has seating that can accommodate a small group at a long table or a cozy clutch of friends in armchairs. There is also outdoor seating.

The team was very friendly and service was prompt. I'm glad I figured out where this location was! I will be back. ☺️

I frequently drive thru at this location, but I decided to go inside this morning. I was so disappointed at the service and the changes that have been made. Sugar, milk, even straws are no longer available unless you ask and they were given almost grudgingly. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the people I asked, yes people because the first guy handed me three packets of white sugar without asking me what I wanted so I had to ask another person for the brown sugar ?. I initially wanted to order a French Press and when they began whispering about it to one another I knew it was not going to be had… I asked what was going on and was told it would take about ten minutes, which clued me in that it was not going to be convenient for them to make it for me so I just ordered a flat white and moved on. This location has lost its appeal and I’ll definitely patronize other locations before coming here. Every store has its own unique vibe and this one no longer is the friendly welcoming store it once was… a place where I used to happily be served my French Press!
