I’ve given this Starbucks multiple chances, but it’s consistently disappointing. The drive-through wait times are ridiculously long—not just on busy days, but every single time I come here. No matter the time of day, there’s always a holdup.

What makes it worse is that after waiting so long, the drinks are rarely made correctly. It’s frustrating to finally get your order, only to find out it doesn’t taste right. I only stop here because of convenience, but honestly, I’m better off driving farther to a different location where they actually get it right.

If this was just an occasional issue, I’d understand, but at this point, it’s just how this location operates. Definitely not worth the hassle.

I customized my matcha latte the way I wanted it, but they DIDNT even give me 8 SCOOPS of Match Powder!!! Unbelievable!! 😠😠and pay 9$ for a drink 😡

i never write reviews but after today i simply had to. i came yesterday and tried an iced matcha latte w strawberry cold foam and it was perfect. the girl at the window was very friendly and nice. i liked it so much i came back again today and my drink was missing the cold foam. when i told the girl she said it’s in there it’s just not sitting at top. she was very unwelcoming and not as nice as the girl from yesterday. she insisted she was right and behaved like i was bothering her so i believed her and drove off w my drink. after tasting it, it was clear there was no strawberry nor foam in my drink lol. wont be coming back again but management should really reconsider who they have on the window or train for it better. this is coming from someone who’s worked 6+ years in the service industry to this day.

The big girl double braid half hair blonde half hair other color she was there in the morning Jan 6. Always, ALWAYS messed up my coffee. When I saw her making the coffee I always like "oh well this is not gonna be good"
The first time, couple month ago she checked me out for a cheese danish (without asking my name) and I stand up there the whole time watching what she is doing and took over 15 minutes and my cheese danish still not ready. And I asked her, she said she made it and maybe someone else took it LOL she lied!
And the second time she made my coffee and tasted like so much milk. I made her to remake it and still way too much milk. I didn't want to argue anymore bcs I need to leave for work.
And this problem (too much milk in the coffee) happened alot when I saw her making the coffee.

Today I placed an online order for a Matcha Latte with some extra flavors as you can see, when I got to work I tried the latte and the taste was the worst, I called to claim my money back because obviously I am not going to drink this drink that only tastes like water (yes, I paid more than 7 dollars for a Latte with a water flavor) and they told me that I could only go for another Latte, unfortunately I'm at work so I'll have to go in a few hours when I leave, I hope and hopefully have a refund because I have not drank this crap, if they are very good at charging extra charges for nothing they should also be good at training their staff

After 2 attempts and 15 minutes to get a white mocha, I ended up leaving with hot chocolate.
For $6.50, I expect the owner of this franchise To call me and make this right.

Everyday i go on my Starbucks run to get my day started and I usually avoid this location because of traffic and how long they take making my food. But i was rushing and went to this location hoping today would be different. And im actually more disappointed than usual because my small coffee was not filled. I had half a cup of coffee. 😡 Edit: soo this is wat it’s suppose to look like. Today I actually got what I asked for!

Vegetarian options: They have multiple vegetarian options. And all are pretty delicious!

Placing an order for picking up in the drive through and then waiting 7mins in the drive through is defeating the purpose of the pre order as well and the convenience of the driving while wasting me gas. Driving through should have a limited fast paced menu or online orders only to get people in and out. This why Starbucks losing money

Worst experience ever. Oder was placed at 11:38am and I didn’t receive my 4/4 items till after 12pm. Name was called for 1 item so I walked up to retrieve it but was confused because I was watching them prepare the coffee they were about to give me and it was NOTHING of what I ordered. Then asked what I was waiting on. The remaining 3 items 1 being the SAME drink AGAIN was made wrong and both food items were now COLD due to a huge amount of miscommunication. I tried politely correcting the barista because being in the hospitality industry I understand what it means to want what you PAY AND TIP for and for over $35 this was NOT and being this displeased this was NOT how I wanted my beautiful Sunday to turn into. This place needs to work on better team work and better communication because being surrounded with such bad energy and unhappy customers is no way to work and run business like. Never again going to this Starbucks again.

This Starbucks used to be great until they hired a bunch of new people. I always order the same drink on the mobile app, for some reason MELANIE who works in there ALWAYS has a problem when I walk in. The side eye, the attitude, the tone she gives. Manager should maybe tell her to smile a little more working a morning shift!!
