Burger was amazing, fries where good. The food only got 4 stars because I got it to go and was excited to try French fries fried in beef tallow. I treated them like other fast food fries, but these fries need ketchup. to be on that class above tier. it's not a bad thing, they taste very good, but they are not fast food fries even though they are, sit down restaurant fries all need ketchup, iykyk.

I will always love steak and shake, shakes are quickly recieved and the food is very good and quick as well. Obviously it's a fast food so don't expect insanely great food, expect good fast food, quality service and nice music.

I was extremely impressed by the quality of ingredients considering the price. It was the best dollar-for-dollar burger I’ve ever had. Steak ‘n Shake used to be mediocre at best, but it seems they made some significant improvements. Would definitely recommend you give it a try!

The classic diner experience of Steak n' Shake has been replaced by ordering at a kiosk and waiting for your name to be called like some culinary DMV experience. Peppers at the table? Gone. Special fry seasoning? Gone. Browsing the menu at the table? Gone. I don't know when the soul was wrenched out of this place, but I do know I'm not coming back.
