Had tell the person at the speaker three times garlic double steak burger. I recieved the wrong sandwich and the receipt doesn't even show the fries that I did get. The receipt doesn't show the price either.

The Food was great as always. The lady by the checkout tablet was so nice. She even threw out my food for me. I’m a regular now that their fries are made with Beef Tallow and not seed Oils.

Stop putting food orders in plastic bags!!!!!! The fries and rolls are always soggy. Guess what, this is what happens when you put hot food in a plastic bag!!!! I have ordered from this location 3 times already and all three times I get soggy fries and soggy buns. A little common sense would go a long way. Try just using large paper bags and there will no longer be condensation and heat can escape leaving food fresh and crispy.

I’ve been to some steak and shakes where everything was “meh”, which sucks because it’s my favorite fast food place. This one, however, everything was GREAT! Fast service, great food, fries are awesome. You can tell this place is very well managed. Manager seems very on top of things and keeps it running in tip top shape!!

The place was very clean. It was so easy to order on a kiosk. The choices are varied for the burgers in the milkshakes. We tried the fries because they are cooked in beef tallow now and they taste great now I can go and have my fries and burgers without feeling guilty about taking inflammatory
