Taco Bell

I was given old food that had been sitting out for a while... Cold stale Nacho Fries and cold cheese, my chalupa was nasty and old (falling apart old) so gross! And I rounded up my order too. Never going to this taco bell again!

Rude workers. Ordered online. When I got there I said hello to 2 people. One was rude and walked away. The other said hold on and stormed off. Pathetic employees act this way. Oh and had my 2 daughters with me. 5yrs - and 7yrs. I was unable to get them even a drink that I paid for. Been 15 min and we are standing at the counter still waiting.

Worst place ever. I mentioned my order 4 times that I cannot have meat due to religious reason and still ended up with chicken.

The person on the mic at 10:10 pm is the best mic person i had at a tavobell in atleast 10 years. She was great and the food was great but only got 2 pottato soft tacos i stead of 3. Left change to make sure she knew but you know fast is fast gope it works out in the end but the crew is kicken an no goaly could catch from the moon....

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell location I've ever seen. 9:30 at night the doors are locked I can't pick up my to go order and the people behind the register refuse to look at me or even acknowledge me. Drive-thru line is 20 cars deep. Came in the next day to get my refund because they wouldn't open the door last night and they told me (with a Hood attitude ) there's nothing they can do about it and dispute my credit card. On top of that the restaurant doesn't even have a working phone number.

I used to always dread coming to this location because of the poor service but this time the service was actually great may come more often, the worker at the window Taj in particular was amazing

Had a nice time with husband eating at this Taco Bell. We ordered the Lux boxes, which are a great value and quite filling. The host, Jonathan was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. He came and checked on us to make sure we were satisfied. The lobby was clean and the atmosphere was quiet. One of the best fast food restaurants around! Will definitely come back!

This store really turned around! The food has always been good. The service has done a 180. In the past, the window service has been intimidating. The new guy at the drive through window is so nice and accommodating. He always greets my wife and I with a big smile and we always feel welcomed. You can tell he really loves his customers. The food is delicious and fresh and the lobby is always clean. Definitly the best Taco Bell in West Palm Beach.

There is a good reason this place has so many shitty reviews. They messed my order up. I went back to return it. Ordered the same order again and they messed that one up also. Half the tacos had nothing in them. Awful location awful service.

my wife and I went through the drive-through and the lady at the speaker was so rude to my wife. I was in shock. We got to the window and heard her yelling at the other employees. It was just so unprofessional. I can’t believe Taco Bell would hire these type of people she seemed like she did not want to be there Very disgusting behavior very low class act

worst of the worst

We ordered supreme tacos with the chipotle sauce and a cheesy burrito and hot sauce packets. Upon arriving at the window we confirmed the tacos were supreme - the weren't so the correct tacos were made and the total was adjusted. When we finally got the supreme tacos we asked if the chipotle sauce was in the bag. It wasn't!! So they gave us the sauce and charged us an additional 54 cents (petty). We left unhappy with the poor customer experience. When we arrived home we discovered the hot sauce packets were also not in the bag. Needless to say this is one Taco Bell we will avoid. Go there at your own risk.

Horrible food, service, and small portions for the price you pay. Drive thru rang up food I didn't even ask for, and when I questioned it, I got a attitude from the lady. Remember, customers are always right. I will never eat their again.....
People, stay away. Taco Bell needs to go away...
