The drive through line is so ridiculous, they make you wait to go to the window, which makes the wait so much longer then it needs to be, but the food is good but the wait sometimes doesn't even make it worth it

Ovens or microwave or heating devices are not cleaned. You can smell in the food. A few bites you don't want to eat it more

Tried the new crispy chicken soft taco with the franks red hot sauce, it was better than expected, will be ordering it again! I thought the music was a little too loud and there were no paper towels in the bathroom to dry my hands. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. The young lady was very patient with me helping to redeem my reward on the kiosk.

Yes I ate them because I were craving them and money was spent , these fries were stale and very dry they have been sitting and are stiff I can’t believe a employee would have the audacity to even serve these fries to somebody.

I should've listened to my intuition and not gone to Taco Bell. I ordered 1 crunch wrap... It was beef and beans on one side and cheese lettuce and tomato on the other. Might as well assemble it myself and just order everything 'on the side'.Havent been in ages but nope, never again, that's it for real this time.

Ordered the cheesy double beef burrito, and chicken enchilada burrito. Double meat on both. Also both grilled, they were so delicious and so much meat. Also staff was super friendly and drive thru line went really quick. Definitely 5 stars!

Me and my kids always dine here after Taekwondo. We love Taco Bell. One of the crew, Jonathan is an amazing guy. 👍👍

I was given old food that had been sitting out for a while... Cold stale Nacho Fries and cold cheese, my chalupa was nasty and old (falling apart old) so gross! And I rounded up my order too. Never going to this taco bell again!
