I'm old school, not accustomed to not having a cashier in the store. You have to place your own order in which there were four old schoolers. Time consuming. Thankfully a nice gentleman from the back came and assisted us. Kudos to him..

This company is the worst. I tried to order on the app after I got off work late and it’s closed to ordering because the store closes in 30 mins. So I drove there and they don’t offer the build your own cravings box at the store. So I had to pay DOUBLE what I was going to because of there stupid rules. Why can’t I build my own cravings box at the store? Why don’t you offer online purchases at least up till 15 minutes before closing? Why do you take the best things off the menu and offer fries every other week? YUM Brand foods is failing at satisfying customers. They don’t even care that they piss off their customers over and over again. Their employees certainly don’t care. I expressed my frustration to the girl at the window and she chose to not say anything to me. She was annoyed that I was a frustrated customer I guess. She made it seem like I was bothering her. So YUM, you don’t know how to run a company with customer service. I used to eat Taco Bell all the time growing up, but now I eat maybe once a year. And every time I do, I’m reminded why I stopped. I always discourage my friends from eating there too. So my recommendations for this place is in the negative. And I will continue this crusade against Taco Bell till I die because they really don’t care.

Bummed couldn't order as batman this evening and do the survey, either I couldn't find it or it's a hospital now. Idk, maybe they putting taco bells inside ERs now.. highly recommend Tacos El Carbon in same plaza. Muy deliciouso 😋

Lvonne manager was AWESOME, my elderly mother had only 2 things wrong on her order, The manager didn't even hesitate, she's was so sweet, we need more people like her. ♡

I was greeted by Miguel and he took my order promptly and efficiently. He asked me if I wanted the beverage and suggested the happy hour and I acquiesced and ordered three of the delightful frozen slushy beverages for one dollar each. The food was delivered to me promptly. I hadn’t even gotten napkins and my sauces or the drinks. I comment into the manager that she’s got a great team and that I would be making sure that the world knew. Now you know. It’s so refreshing to go to an establishment that actually cares about you being there as a customer and that you’re not an inconvenience like other places for example Taco Bell on Okeechobee and jog. I’ll leave it at that.
