They refuse to take your order even if you have trouble with their self service machines. I have nothing against the ordering kiosk, but I don’t think it should be used to replace actual employees.

Went thru drive thru.. the quesadillas looked like and tasted like they were microwaved instead of pressed. Ordered 2 hash browns only got one. Had to go inside to get the other one. We ended up throwing out the quesadillas.

I am getting super frustrated with the. Ost of take out. Taco bell is always a favorite of mine but to order 3 things and be between $15 and $20 is outrageous. I can go get a sit down 4 course thai lunch for that price, including tip. I understand Covid drove prices up, but enough is enough. The supply chain issues are not as severe anymore. It is time to get realistic.

Among Taco Bells in the local area, this is a shining example of what they should be. It's large, clean, well staffed, orders are made accurately, and reasonably quick. No fear of driving away with a messed up order, which makes late meal runs more enjoyable!

I asked for the number two taco supreme. I received three cold soft tacos that were full of oil. Looks like I got the bottom of the barrel. Now I know I'm going to have acid tonight because this is the only food I could have gotten for lunch in the area of my work place. Seriously if you have a choice go to any other location.

Ordered taco bell to be delivered. It was a relatively small order, 6 items. They forgot the 2nd churro. How hard is it to look at an order and pack it up? This is the 2nd time it has happened. They even make mistakes when you drive through for pick up. Is an employee stealing the customers' food? Is Taco Bell adding to their profits by only packing part of the order and pocketing the money? Getting a refund is near impossible. Shifty business practices. On the positive side, the food tastes yummy.
