Always excellent service and fresh ingredients
We had an extremely bad customer service experience at this HabitBurger today. I stopped in with my 3 kids to grab lunch. We were in line to order, and when our time came to order she put a sign up for us to order at the kiosk. Pretty rude…didn’t even say hey we are busy, do you mind ordering on the kiosk. We went to order at the kiosk and I asked the lady twice how to add a lettuce wrap. She completely ignored me. She would. It even look at me. I was unable to order due to her not responding. I was very disappointed in the customer service. Can’t speak for the food since we weren’t given the chance to try it
Delicious burgers. Their juices or teas whatever they were are really good too. I’ll be back.
