Cashier left with a line of customers crying on the phone to another manager. Multiple people asked for a refund and were told they could not receive one. All while nothing was being made. Still never received my smoothies that I paid for or my refund. Every single customer in the building was pissed and waited over 30+ minutes without anyone making any orders.

Dear manager,
Stop hiring kids that don’t care about your business. We go to this location every time my kid has martial arts behind your building. But every time I go, I have a bad experience. Now this time I ordered a kids cheese quesadilla and received the wrong order. I sent the order back and received a new one within 30 seconds cold and not melted. I sent it back again and never got my order back. I asked the girls what happened and no one knew! So I requested my money back and I was told that the manger isn’t there and that they will refund me next week. Like seriously? They don’t even have your number! Which I find insane that your employees cannot “communicate with you”. So I didn’t get food or refund. I expect to receive my refund or I’ll have to report this to my bank

I always order an acai bowl. I was really sad on my latest order. I ordered two acai bowl for pick up and it was not cold. The acai bowl was watery.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I placed an order on the app for pickup and received an estimated wait time of 2:08PM. I arrived at 2:02PM and patiently waited by the back of the store until the estimated pickup time or until my name was called to pick up the order. The lines were long and customers were leaving due to the long wait times. One of the staff members had a really bad attitude, throwing blenders around, constantly making irritated faces to the customers and shaking her head. She visibly seemed as if she didn’t want to be there and was upset. That same girl placed my order to the side and never called out a name. I waited a bit longer just in case it wasn’t my order but after waiting over 15-20 minutes, I decided to walk toward the registers to inquire about the order. The girl at the register takes my name and walks away. The two other girls go in the back to have a conversation. No status or explanation was provided so I asked again on the status of my order and the girl with the bad attitude picked up the order she had placed on the side and never called out and handed it to us. This order had been left on the side for over 10 minutes. I raised the issue and said the order had been put to the side and no call out was made. The girls proceeded to get defensive vs taking accountability and said we were the problem and continued going back and forth with us. This was such an unpleasant experience just for some smoothies, customer service and providing a welcoming atmosphere clearly isn’t part of this store’s mission statement and values if their staff is acting this. Honestly place an order at another location and just avoid this headache and nightmare.

Horrible customer service. Bad mood. Throwing blenders around. It’s not the customers fault you are short staffed. Over heard conversation. Advice, be nice to customer say I’ll be right with you.

This place is a mess! The kids don’t know what they’re doing. Always on their cell phones and can’t process orders. I placed an order on the app. I walked in 25 minutes later and it still hadn’t gotten started so l asked the girl behind the counter and she just looked at me confused proceeded to walk away and left to the kitchen for another five minutes so then I asked her is it ready? And she says, ‘oh I was the only one here’-no explanation no nothing and walks away. Another 10 minutes later l had to just leave as l was late to work already. They couldn’t even refund me. They didn’t know how. Told me to call owner. Complete and utter chaos. Mind you, there was 4 employees there and one maybe on his break sitting at a dinning table.

Like many places with many ordering delivery, they may be empty but still busy. Not enough people to handle peak times well, that’s poor management. The food is good and prepared well. Two people doing everything are just not enough.I see many replies by management telling people to follow some link and re-enter their feedback… you are wasting the feedback. Consider yourself lucky for anyone to take the time to give ANY feedback. Don’t ask people to jump through hoops to do it some special way. Don’t be surprised when the location tanks because no one filled out your form. Do better!

Something strange about walking into a place and all the workers act like zombies ?. Not a single employee says hi. Then when they call the person to make my smoothies he came with a pissed face. I’m paying almost $19 and I get this service? C’mon!! Managers are to blame

SO DISAPPOINTED to learn of a new policy at my favorite smoothie place — I add lots of protein to my smoothie (to hit my macros) which always makes more volume than their standard cup. But all of a sudden they aren’t allowed to give me the extra - even if I pay for the cup, they are only allowed to fill it with water?!?! WHAT?! I have literally paid for all the ingredients and extra for the protein add ins… and now I’m not sure how many calories or protein grams I’m getting because they are required to throw out any extra. This makes no sense to me… Tropical Smoothie, PLEASE bring back your outstanding customer experience. I travel all over the country for work and you are my #1 Go To meal everywhere I go because of how great your food, service, and culture are. Please come back!!!

This place is a absolute worst… they literally have two people working here that don’t seem to know much what they’re doing and I came in there was like 10 people waiting on a smoothie. We literally waited for two kids smoothies for 30 minutes which is absolutely unacceptable. Place sucks.

I love tropical smoothie but this location just needs better management with training on customer service . Immediately. This location should have a manager on location at all times the staff is not equipped to handle conflict resolution. They have no urgency for customer care, in most cases seem as if they don't care honestly.
