Asked for our food to go and somehow our ticket was removed from the system? Plus just watched a lady have an issue with her oder her burger was undercooked and her deluxe was plain atleast i got fresh fries?

Sad to say they already locked their doors before their closing time so it was disappointing and they ran out of chicken so didn't even get a chance to try their food disappointed to say the least.

Absolutely the worst drive-thru experience of my life....I had to say my order over 10x to the woman...1 double cheeseburger and a large fry.... then they wanted $37 for my order after waiting 12 minutes in the drive thru.. avoid this location at all costs

Went trough drive trough, could understand person, so I left with out ordering

I wish I had a photo or vid but I was completely taken back and in awe. I watched as one of their workers proceeded to graze on someone’s fries from the point of scoop to right before it was inserted into the poor saps bag.
I said something to the manager on duty who just laughed it off and went about his business. Talk about a health code violation!
The next instance was another manager who struggled to speak English. I couldn’t properly communicate since it’s been a while when I took college Spanish. That was one of the issues, who are businesses hiring these days, especially when she has her iPhone in hand, on speaker, and taking a personal call while trying to take my order?
Second issue was once I did break through the language barrier to what I needed to be done, she had no idea what I was talking about and exactly what is on that particular sandwich. It took a very friendly and an obviously upset manager from another store who was in to pick up something unrelated to help, as she too was struggling to communicate with this lady.
2 strikes Wendy’s, you’re fired!! Raisin’ Canes right next door will get my repeat business from now on.

Went to Wendy’s the other night and got a spicy chicken sandwich and a pomegranate lemonade and they put soap in my drink and my friends!
A Thursday mid-morning quick meal, had the breakfast bacon Burrito, which was hot, tasty and thoroughly cooked. Counter service was quick and polite. Disappointed there's no Wi-Fi service for customers and the lobby floor was sticky, for these two reasons I brought the atmosphere rating down a bit. All in all an enjoyable outing, would return in the future.
Update: Sunday lunch, had the chicken wrap. It was hot and full of chicken. Enjoyed it. This time I noticed a sign on the wall indicating Wendy's Wi-Fi. It did not say it was free. Phone indicated there were two Wendy's Wi-Fi available, but when I asked the counter person she said no Wi-Fi in the store. Yes, I am confused. For this reason I lowered the service rating.

The food was cold and the lobby was closed as well. The manager and 2 other employees were the only ones there. The manager was definitely stressed to the max because he wasn’t very friendly at all.

Can’t go wrong with there BIGGIE BAG meals. They’re better than the other $5 meal (McDees, BKs, KFCs etc) knockoffs!

Some people who serve treat the delivery people badly and deliver the products badly, having to organize them yourself to be able to deliver them well.
