Ooooooo definitely didnt like the vibes when i walked in... Everyone has their heads down not welcoming customers coming in... Not even asking you how can they help you just waiting around looking out of place and crazy... could be more attentive.

I just went through the drive up. Got one scoop of ice cream in a cup. Cost me $4.68 and it's only a half of a very small cup worth. Total rip-off won't be coming back.

I went thru the drive through. Ordered a 'bubble gum cone'. It was given to me, ice cream all pink. I asked the man "is this bubble gum cause it doesn't look like it.' He said, as he handed it to me, "looks like bubble gum to me." I headed down the road. Yup not bubble gum, something maybe peppermint. It had hard chewy things in it which were not edible. I threw it away as well as almost $6 that I paid for a single.

Ordered a Polar Pizza for my son’s birthday. When my daughter went to pick it up I guess they had just decided not to make it. I called to get a refund from the manager and first I’m told there isn’t a manager. Then I was given a managers phone number (whether it’s real or not is suspect). After that, I was told that there was a shift lead. I spoke with the shift lead and he said that he didn’t have the power to give refunds. So why is there even a shift lead if they don’t have power to do that? Big part of the problem is the absentee management

Went here to get our dog a cool treat on a hot day. We ordered a pup cup. They charged us $1 for a tiny cup (mouth wash size) of redi-whip. No ice cream!!! Will not be going here again!

Nothing stated that you have to go to the Dunkin' Donuts side and order there. I'll never go back to your store again. So I walked out. I guess we are invisible. Very unprofessional.

The worst restaurant in Ruskin, when you go at night, especially they don't serve you. They say that there is nothing you order, they do it so they don't work, well, in the end, it's rubbish.
Stopped by the store in sun city and was told at 9:32 that they aren’t serving any more ice cream for the rest of the night. You guys close at 10!!! This is ridiculous

Waited 30 minutes for ice cream that never came. Lots of workers, but nobody really cared to take care of walk in customers. Ended up getting a refund and leaving. Won't be going to this place again.

The young woman helping serve us was helpful and courteous. I will say though that BR has become very expensive, the scoop sizes are smaller and the quality has gone down.Its almost soft serve at this point and there were ice chunks in the ice cream indicating it's been refrozen after melting.I wasn't impressed, but it was a beautiful day and Ice cream was what I wanted. It hit the spot despite the small portion and the product not being up to the BR standard I expected.If it wasn't for the staff, id have given the experience 3 stars. But the staff was great so 4 ?
