I was at this establishment on August 31st & the atmosphere was excellent with a great vibe. Then I noticed the dust webs on the chandeliers. Obviously no one cleans them. Although the staff is very friendly, I sensed tension as we were having a business lunch & they kept urgently wanting us to order. Then the real kicker, was the food between the seat cushions & the dividers, that’s gross. Obviously cleanliness isn’t a priority there. I only hope where the food is prepped, is up to health department standards, but from what I saw, that’s probably not the case. Our group of 4 were setting in a booth, in the middle of the restaurant. The food was excellent & although the service was pointed out as excellent, I have concerns as our waitress wasn’t overly what I considered friendly.

I came in visiting my friend from California. And the food was amazing but the staff was beyond rude. Makayla was the staff that was being extremely rude. I believe it’s because I caught her at a bad time during service she also reeked of marijuana smoke. Her service was unacceptable.

Went here yesterday morning about 9am. Hostess greeted us and was super sweet! Our waiter was xavier. He wasn't rude, but he just had no personality at all. He acted like he was mad, he was there. I heard him overtell another couple that he only works there two days a week. Now I know why his service isn't that great. They were not busy at all. We waited a little bit longer than usual for our food which was odd because they were not busy. Food was not even hot. You could tell it was sitting up under the lamp for a few minutes before was even delivered to us. He never came back and asked us how the food was. I used to work at Bob Evans, and it used to be one of my favorite breakfast places but as of yesterday's service, I think that i'm just going to start going to Dennys. The food didn't even taste good. The hash Browns were burnt on top of it being cold. My toast was cold. It just wasn't good service and unfortunately, I probably won't be back after yesterday. Maybe it is just this location, but the server needs a little bit more training or maybe your cook, you can have gordon ramsey coming and teach them something.

Absolutely wonderful breakfast! From the minute we entered the for until we walked out full and happy, exciting was perfect! We were greeted instantly, sat almost instantly, had a wonderful polite and courteous server, the food was excellent - apparently the GM was cooking on this occasion. The restaurant was clean and had excellent sit conditioning. We will be back.
