Traveling from out of town…Husband was teaching a class down the street. Rest of the family was hungry and was looking for breakfast spots. Bob Evan’s was nearby. We’ve heard of the place from commercials and we’re excited to try. We arrived to the restaurant and were seated not long afterwards. After being seated I had to leave to drop off an item to my husband. I gave my family my order so they could order for me. The class was only 5 minutes away. By the time I came back 10 minutes later, I returned to my family still waiting to order while all the people waiting after us already helped…. I spoke with the manager but by then, we already decided to leave…. Despite it being a Saturday morning and being busy, it doesn’t constitute skipping my teenagers and kid that we’re waiting to order to serve other customers…. My family let me know that the servers kept staring at them and cleaning around them but didn’t even check on my table once. Not even a drink order. Spoke to one of the 2 managers on shift. He explained that he was sorry but by then we decided not to stay. Waitresses were looking at us clueless as we walked out of the restaurant. Very disappointed in the service. Ended up going to Denny’s down the block. At least we know that even when they are busy, it doesn’t compromise their service.

When I was there twice I had the same server and twice she ditched us and did not want to wait on us. The second time I went I asked not to be seated in her section and of course that's exactly where we were seated. She took our drink order and got it wrong and then never came back to take our food order. After about 20 minutes another lady came over and asked if we had been helped and we said no, she took our order. That is the second time I have had that server and she did an excellent job. Yes, I spoke with the manager both times and he said he would speak with the first server which obviously didn't do any good the first time.
