First let me start by saying this BK is located in a retirement community, I witnessed the staff here Talking Ride to elderly customers who didn't understand the coupon they wanted to use. NOBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO DEGRADE Someone ELSE, which is what the staff here did! Not just one but three staff members. After witnessing this demeaning action against our older people I am DONE with BK.

This was the worst B.K. I've eaten. I had to throw my food away. The chicken, onion rings, and chicken fries all were hard and tasted as they were sitting for an extended period of time and then put back into the fryer. Waste of $15. I rarely ever leave bad feedback, but this review needed to be left. They weren't even busy when I stopped by at around 6 P.M. The prices have gone up, and the quality of the food has plummeted. The young drive-thru girl wasn't friendly at all.

ONLY COME HERE IF YOU HAVE 15-20 minutes to wait in drive thru. What a nightmare! I stopped coming to BK a while ago and now I remember why! WHAT A NOGHTMARE THIS PLACE IS!!

All I can say is this with a terrible experience?I was with my son And of all things I don't know. If it's the workforce here in this area or whateveright now or would I speak about Burger King or corporate stores in their franchises? But let me tell you something. We've got the $5 dual wapper. Juniors all 4 came back with no meat and my son had to go back inside and crutches are all the way. Did not give him fries. The order was messed up and the manager didn't seem to care. It was like pretty inconvenient, but most of how do you put out 4 whopper junior cheese heavy all and not even half? Let me on the burgers, do you want pickle? One Greensboro, how do you get to sanbring tomato? I need you to send me a green tomato. I'll tell you. I don't know if it's late to this area here alone or if it's peak for the whole d*** chain or recovery can lie. No, do not go here. Cause I waste your money and time. Plus the majority of people can't speak english.

Every time we go to this location, the sandwiches are always fresh and hot. Perfectly made with the right amount of toppings and sauces. Fries and onion rings are hot and tasty. The staff there is very professional in taking the orders and being friendly and respectful. We go here once week and never disappointed.
Fast food seems to always get a bad rep nowadays. I am sure it is due to the fact that what we grew up with 40 or more years ago as a concept of good customer service, has all been lost on the younger generations.
Then there are days when you hit the drive through at lunch hour, get promptly attended to at the kiosk, pay, and receive your order exactly as it should be, and each step of the process greeted with a smiling and friendly person.
That's a nice thing to experience in today's world. Thank you and good job!

I ordered the royal crispy chicken in the drive thru and when I got home I discovered they put ketchup on my chicken sandwich
