Not sure what management is doing but clearly they don’t care about their reputation of this store. Horrible customer service. Employees are clearly lazy and seems to be doing shady things (drugs) in the later hours of store operations. This store needs a complete change of employees and managers from the district. This is ridiculous!

Please tell me why I can't have my full order today the cheese dog is missing .I paided for it they have turned into the worst place to get take out, and that is the only thing they do so beware and check your order befor you leave even if you need to hold the line for 10 mins.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experience saw the cashier look at me several times and never once did he ask if I need help I just wasted my break waiting for food I never got mean while over 7 cars both ordered and received there food then another customer knocked on the window and ordered food from the other side I don’t no what’s going on in there but the customer service is horrible I used to love coming here now I’m starting to think twice about it can’t believe I had this kind of experience here I’ve been coming here for 4 years and the last 4 months have been the absolute worst experience for me and my family I truly hope something is done about this

Stopped here for some drive thru dinner, after watching the vehicle ahead of us exchange multiple bags or food with the window, the wrong drink, and a messed up order on a HOT DOG we decided not a chance. Place gives off a bad presentation and who knows what the quality of food is.

I came here twice this week and the order was wrong!!!! WHY did i come back the second time???? This establishment need to be retrained and actually pay attention to what the paying customers ask for!

The food all tasted like the fried funnel cakes despite the fact that we did not order funnel cake. They need to change the oil or separate the food they fry. Also didn’t get correct order.

If I could give zero I would! I almost bit into a HUGE hair in my burger and nothing was fresh. The customer service that night was also lacking, the woman taking our orders was rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I filed a complaint and received a phone call from the manager Tariq, stating they would give me a refund or remake my food…I’ve called multiple times and have never reached anyone. I just want my refund because this experience was horrible and for sanitary reasons I will not return.
